He used to be a punctual, professional and caring doctor with accurate diagnosis and treatment but that has drastically changed 180 degrees.

Lost my beloved step father due to this doctor’s care. My dad died from sepsis when he should have been sent to the ER for IV antibiotics when staph showed in his blood (umm standard practice no?). My dad left his vacation due to exhaustion and went to see this “doctor” he had faith in for years. How this man (not calling him a doctor as they are supposed to do no harm) can live with himself is beyond me. His negligence has had a ripple effect that he perhaps cannot (or chooses not to) fathom. He took my step dads blood and the result were “staph.” Epstein said the next step was more oral antibiotics. Three days later we lost my step dad due to massive organ failure: he died of sepsis and had his physician done his due diligence he would still be with us! He failed and is a terrible physician. By any ethical standards; shame on you Dr Epstein! The loss has been immeasurable to the entire family. I would not trust this doctor whatsoever with my care or anyone’s that I love.

I have been a patient of Dr. Epstein for about 15 years. He has been very helpful with putting me at ease with any medical problems that I have had. He is wonderful at diagnosing and follow up on problems. If you want warm and fuzzy get a kitty. If you want a wonder physician, see Dr. Epstein.
