Dr. Shahida Bashir, MD

I was referred to her by a friend and I called the office to schedule an appointment. They told me I had to have my doctor send records before they even gave me an appointment time which was a hassle because my regular Doctor's office is huge and has a call center answering their phones and everything takes forever. Finally got in to see her 1 month later and the office was super busy. She helped me with my insomnia, which I have had for years. My money was well spent. I will be seeing her moving forward, I just have to make sure I keep my scheduled appointments ahead of time.

This person is alone (at least seems to be ) to assist the Dr., answers the phone. She can never find anything and blames it on the test place saying they didn't send it, etc.. It's insane. Not worth detailing. She answers the phone, but won't do anything, says can't fax Dr. Bashir's prescription to my PCP so I can get the tests???? Very unprofessional. The Dr. seems good, not sure she knows how disorganized her office is.

As a Licensed Healthcare professional myself, I am APPALLED at the shoddy handling of appointments, and more importantly, the ability (or lack thereof) of getting a message to the Doctor. She needs to fire the staff she has ASAP, and get professionals.

Dr. Bashir cares about your treatment and keeps up with you total care!

How did this dr ever get 3 stars?!!the worst!

the single worst doctor I have ever been to. incompetent, uncaring and general total lack of caring or compassion. I agree staff of one (Joyce) is as equally incompetent.

If you are looking for a doctor to spend time with you, the care at this office is excellent. I would recommend her to everyone. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Like the other reviewer said staff joyce is unprofessional, was not able to make an appointment.

Horrible front desk clerk, JOYCE? She will not schedule new patients. I have a rare lung disease I've been calling everyday for two weeks, would not give me an appointment or let me speak to the DR. Everyday she found a new excuse as to why she couldn't give me an appointment with the doctor. DO NOT GO HERE! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
