Dr. Shaida Behnam is truly a warm and caring doctor. She listens to your concerns and helps you understand what the necessary steps to take are. I never have to wait too long to see her and her staff are very efficient. I have visited many doctors and I feel that Dr. Behnam is one of the very best!

Dr. Behnam is very thorough and caring, not quick to over prescribe and I have complete confidence in her. Her staff is also great, and it hard for a doctor to excel without great support staff.

Dr. Behnam is one gem of a physician! I feel incredibly blessed to have her as my doctor. I love that she offers holistic treatment before turning to prescribing medications, something I've never had any doctor do! She never makes the appointment feel rushed either, and is just so sweet and kind throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients!

Dr. Behnam is truly a great doctor. She listens to your problems and makes various suggestions. She is very thoughtful and considerate. Dr. Behnam takes her time to determine proper treatment and medication. I'm old enough to have experience with many primary care physicians and I can said that she is one of the best!

I moved to monterey area 3 years ago. I changed 3 physicians until I found Dr. Shaida Behnam by my friend. I am thankful and lucky to find an amazing and knowledgeable doctor. She is caring, patient, calm, and lovely doctor . I trust her diagnosis and and I feel healthier than ever. God bless You Dr. Behnam

Dr. Behnam is the best family doctor I've had. She is kind, warm, patient, thorough, and full of compassion. She makes time to see me when I need medical attention and listens to my concerns. In addition to professional medical diagnosis and treatment, she gives great life-style advice. She is always happy and I feel happy to see her each time. Who knew a doctor's visit could be so fun! I feel lucky that I have her as my doctor now, and hope she never retires. She is the best!!!

Dr. Behnam is very knowledgeable and through. She can various techniques to treat a problem. Sometimes she prescribes Western medical drugs or specialists. Often she will print a list of vitamins with specific dosages to help with a condition as well as suggestions for more exercise, massage ect. (ie, for high blood sugar). She really listens and solves the the problem. She has helped me, and I highly recommend her...Diane Stotler
