Dr. Sloan Whitmore Rush, MD

Dr. Sloan Rush has the worst attitude and bedside manner I've ever seen. He's irritable, rude, always in a hurry. i. e. Doesn't answer questions, makes rude comments. He may do well with Lasik procedures but he sure hasn't helped me with my cornea issues. If there was another cornea specialist in Amarillo, I would definitely tell Mr. Sloan Rush to have some compassion and act like the Christian he claims to be. Very, very unprofessional.

Dr. Rush is very professional, always honest and made me feel like I mattered!! He also gave me advise on a procedure I thought I needed and he put me before profit and told me to wait! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!! Thank you Dr. Rush

2018 started losing eye sight and had cataracts too have removed and installed lenses in them, was a great job and real organizing it all !!! Thanks to them they are perfect !!! MDE

I feel that Sloan & J. Avery are competent doctors, but they have absolutely no personality at all. Their patient communication is HORRIBLE! Very condescending!

Extremely hyper, arrogant, impatient and downright rude at times. Rushed in and rushed out -- no pun intended. Did only a brief and limited exam. Did not want to answer questions I had about my diagnosis. Find someone else if possible.
