Dr. Sonali Prakash Deo, MD

I feel this Provider is very professional and it’s obvious she really cares about her patients health as well as their feelings and concerns. The wait time for my appointment wasn’t to bad sometimes you can be brought back on time but other times you may have to wait, as with any doctors office I’ve ever been to but she is worth it. Her nurse is fantastic and very helpful. My overall experience with this provider has been wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor!

This doctor is the epitome of unprofessionalism. She wants to see you 5 minutes tops and then pushes you out the door. Her office not only had no strep tests to perform a strep test on me and was told I would have to book another appointment when they had the supplies come in, even with my daughter already testing positive for strep. But she also lost a referral paperwork for an important specialist and took months to find. I struggle to get doctor's appointments over the years in a timely manner and had better luck being seen at the local walkin clinic. Then I get a letter in the mail that she was terminating me as her patient without cause or reason. UNPROFESSIONAL! Waste of time! Avoid this Doctor.

If you want to waste your time and be rushed out the door within five minutes of the doctor entering the room, then this is the doctor for you. I have been to her to have a strep test done and they were all out of strep rapid tests. They lost paperwork for a referral work to have an important medical procedure done without any explanation-this took months to remedy. I ended up using the Walk in clinic for the last three years as my primary care doctor due to the inability to be seen in a promptly manner in her office. Then I get a letter in the mail from Ms. Deo that my patient status has been terminated without any reason or cause. So unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money.

If she would listen to her patients she would be a much better doctor. I have been going to her for 2a few years and I have been trying to find out what is wrong with me for the past year. I have now have up on trying to get dr deo to help me and I am now trying to find another doctor that will help me.
