Dr. Sonjoy Singh, MD

I have been with Dr. Sonjoy Singh for about a year now. I can’t be more happy I switched to him. He is so kind. And so thorough. I wish I would’ve found him years ago.

He's the best physician I've ever had. Niagara Family Medicine, however, needs to improve the way they operate, particularly since they have such an excellent physician as Dr. Sonjoy Singh on their staff.

D, Sonjay Singh is the best doctor my wife and I have ever had. Dr. Singe will always take the time to listen to your medical concerns …..ALWAYS ! Would recommend Doctor Singh to anyone.

Doctor Singh always gives me peace of mind with his gentle attitude and always listens to what is ailing me. He is one of the best!

Dr Singh has been good, but his office at Niagara Family Medicine leaves a lot to be desired. It's sometimes hard to even get through on the phone. Other times phone inquires from ill patients are never returned after they "will check with the doctor and call back". This not returning calls has happened several times. Then rather that see patients they are told to go to the emergency room for non emergencies. They also prescribe medicines over the phone without seeing the patient. They rely on sometimes flawed patient diagnosis.

Dr Singh is absolutely great. He is very attentive to both of us. He takes the time to answer any concerns we may have. He spends quality time with us. There is no one that could say anything negative about him. The only issue is his office staff. They need to be more courteous and caring. Also need Time Mgmt. Almost always have to wait 40 to 45 minutes before we can see him. If we could change his staff, He would by far the best Dr. around.

Dr. Singh has always been nice and spent enough time with me when I can finally see him.Most of the issues I've had has been with his office at Niagara Family Medicine. These issues include:Can't get through on the phone takes several attempts. Gives prescriptions via phone based on patient diagnosis. Doesn't fax prescriptions in a timely manner to provider and doesn't check the patients current medication for conflicts with new meds.

Dr. S. Singh is highly professional and takes as much time as I need with appointments. He is thorough and makes accurate diagnoses. It has been a pleasure to be his patient for over 15 years. I would highly recommend him.

Would recomend this doc to any one. He is very good.
