HORRIBLE...The practice was dropped by UPMC. My father had 2 appointments schedule for back to back spinal injections. After completing the first injection and returning home, he received a call from the office saying his insurance was no longer valid so he would have to pay out of pocket for the injection he just received and then pay out of pocket for the appointment he had the following day. I called on his behalf and the "office manager" agreed he didn't have to pay for either and he could file an appeal with UPMC. The next morning at 8 am (appt was scheduled for 10 am), the "office manager" called and said "sorry, you have to pay $500 before we will treat you with your second injection". Totally unethical! We have contacted a lawyer and UPMC confirmed today the practice received a notice of termination 60 days ago.

So bad I had to withdraw my self from care. Information isnt retained or shared between doctors. I was advised to do something that was not only against my contract but against regulations. I was blamed for their mistakes even though I was careful to follow all rules even if the doc didnt. Please find better care.

My husband has been a patient for about 2 years. She over prescribed medication with no regard to my husbands health. I don’t understand how she thinks giving a patient 15mg morphine plus 30mg morphine and OxyContin is safe. Yes it is my husbands fault, but I thought these doctors were able to spot the addicts. While I don’t know what he’s telling her, but I have found my husband numerous times so high that he is either nodding off or rocking back and forth with his eyes rolling back in his head. Please Dr. Hanna pay attention or are you just in it for the money? Now I have been informed it is mandatory that I have Narcan in my house in case of an accidental overdose!!! Please stop over prescribing, you are ruining families.

Dr Hanna is both effective in her treatment of my herniated disc and compassionate as well

Dr. Hanna has my total trust with her treatment goals for me. She is very compassionate with her treatment of my pain.

Longstanding critical care and emergency room nurse with a masters degree and certified registered nurse practitioner. I went to have my back injected and the doctor did not review my chart prior to appointment. I waited 1.5 hrs to be seen only to have a physician who would not listen to my course complicated history of medical illness and an accident that caused my back injuries. She was in such a hurry would not spend 3 minutes listening to important perteinent medical problems 100% relevant for her to treat me as a new patient. I left the room after being asked the same irrelevant question three times and an unwillingness to listen to a person with extensive medical knowledge in order for her to safely treat me. I gave her a chance with lots of negative reviews and she needs to learn to slow down and listen to someone's issues. She isn't touching me with her horrible bedside manner and uncaring demeanor of why someone is injured.

Dr Hanna is an excellent doctor. The right combination of compassion, expertise, and toughness.

Dr Hannah is very compassionate. I have been seeing her for a few years with a very uncommon condition. She has been understanding and helpful. She listens and tries to help find a solution every time it have seen her. I truly don't know what I would do with out her.h
