Dr. Sovana Rani Moore, MD

DO NOT SEE DR. MOORE!!!! under any circumstance I beg you to not go to this women. She is rude, dismissive, and a terrible doctor. She left me with no aftercare instructions after having a procedure which led to immense pain and infection. Her response on the phone when I called for advice was “if you aren’t happy with your care go somewhere else”. Upon being treated for the 3rd time in a week due to her malpractice, I told her that she should have told me what to do post procedure - she responded “you’re a teacher do you know what you’re doing at all times?” and i responded you are a doctor you MUST know what you’re doing or you shouldn’t be practicing! She is horrible and you will get horrible care during your pregnancy or yearly exams if you use her.

NEGATIVE STARS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE This place has the absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Ever. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for 4 years now and she has always answered all my questions. She has delivered 2 of my babies by csection and has always answered any questions I may have

I have been with Dr. Moore since 2005, she was always super nice to me, but never really listened to me. I would tell her I would either skip my cycle or have a very very heavy cycle. I went on vacation this summer and had the worst ever cycle. I was losing more blood in that one day than I would all year. I called her office and left message after message for someone to call me back, never heard from anyone. I called a new Dr.,the next day and they scheduled me an appointment the week I came home. He drew blood work the first day and told me I was perimenopausal and wanted to do an ablation. He tried and tried to get the instrument inside my uterus and couldn’t because of a rare birth defect. I just had to have a hysterectomy. I am very disappointed that after going to Dr. Moore for all those years and having multiple ultrasounds and infertility issues, they never saw my birth defects. According to my new Dr, she should have noticed it. I think that might have been the issue with me… not having a baby, and I am just now finding out all of this. I will never go back to this set of Drs. Especially if you have issues with your body.

I thought I was her patient for 6 years, but the way I was spoken to and ignored regarding an abnormal mammogram, proved otherwise. When I called crying and scared I was told I was overreacting. After finding my own surgeon, I was diagnosed with Stage IIB breast cancer. Results were sent to her, and I never heard one word from her or her staff. I was so disappointed and hurt.

I called the office to make an appt to see dr. Moore and the representative who answered the phone was terrible. I told her I was a new patient wanting to schedule an appointment since I am expecting a baby. She took my personal info and then placed me on hold. After about 5 minutes she returns and tells me that because my insurance is free I had to pick from a selection of only two new doctors. I told her I did not want a new dr. since I would like a doctor who has been on the field for a couple years. She proceeded to warn me that once I made an appointment I couldn't change my mind and go with a different doctor from their clinic. Earlier that day I called my insurance provider and asked them to give me a list of doctors that accept my insurance and Dr. Moore was on that list so I can't explain why I was refused. I was disappointed to hear such an unprofessional lady answering the phone. I am glad I found out how unethical this clinic is and happy to say I will not be… returning.

Loved her. She takes her time and just doesn't shuffel you in and out of her office.

Before you think I'm just some disgruntled first timer, let me say that Moore has been my gyno since I turned 16 (I'm now 25). So when I got pregnant, I opted to use her as my OB as well. I even had a choice of free health care and chose to pay hundreds out of pocket to stay with her. I told her this, and she decided not to tell me that she was ALSO pregnant and due the same time as me. This obviously meant that she would not be able to deliver my child, or even be around for my entire pregnancy. The b. never told me until I was seven months pregnant - and paid in full. I literally saw a different doctor EVERY time I went in. Then the Devil herself (Mary Moss, different review for a different day) was forced to deliver my child - poor thing - and hated me for it. Worst experience of my life. The reason I'm writing this review is because my sister is currently 4 cm dilated and 70% effaced and Dr. Moore just sent her home from the hospital. In what world is that acceptable? Who holds… these horrible doctors responsible when they choose to clock out over help their patients? Oh, as a side note, her office billed me and billed me and would not bill my insurance FOR A YEAR - even tried to collect on me. Then, someone figured it out and they actually owed ME money. Stay WAY WAY WAY away from these crazy women. They have NO idea what they're doing or how to treat people. Avoid them if you don't want permanent damage to your body as well..

Dr. Moore has been nothing but great. Shes always answered all my questions and just listens to me. Her staff is great especially the check-in woman Vickie and the girl in billing Brittany was great help as well.

As a regular doctor I absolutely loved Dr. Moore, but now that I am pregnant, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in with her. It's very frustrating not being able to see your actual doctor when you need them the most. The front desk staff has been down right rude at times and have even changed my appointment times without notifying me. I wasn't give ANY information once confirming my pregnancy and when I called to ask what medication I could take because I was sick, NO ONE called me back. These drs schedule their appointments 15 minutes apart and are always running late. And if you are looking for a doctor who will also be delivering your baby, good luck with that. At the end of your pregnancy you have to see ALL the doctors because who ever is on call that day will be the one to deliver your child.
