I’ve been going to Dr. Pathapati for many years and have always been satisfied with his knowledge and medical care.

I had a routine colonoscopy. I will admit, the wait was long, but from the minute I was called back, everyone was amazing. The nurse that got me ready was friendly and very pleasant. Even the gal that wheeled me into the examination room was enjoyable. When I entered the exam room Dr. Gee and Dr. Pathapti were upbeat and friendly. I felt immediately at ease. All went well.

I went to Dr. Pathapati for a consultation and procedure within the past month. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable while being caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend him without any reservations.

Been seeing Dr. Pathapati many years. He’s the same as always, kind, patient, reassuring & cautious. He’s taken care of my issues ever since he’s been in Amarillo.

I was referred by my primary care physician for a routine colonoscopy/cancer screening as I'm over 50 and need the procedure every 5 years. On the day of the scheduled procedure, I'm told by their billing person that need to come up with a 500 dollar copay/facility fee! I called my doctor's office and they verified my insurance doesn't required a copay for this procedure. Turns out Dr. Pathapati's office changed the billing code from what my doctor had referred me for, without notifying me or the referring doctor. The nurse from my doctors office attempted to reason with Dr. Pathapati's office but they wouldn't listen. When I contacted my insurance company they said I was right to leave the office and not pay their 'fee'. Dishonest, immoral, and probably illegal. I would recommend looking elsewhere for medical attention.

This doctor is more interested in your payment plan than your health issues. Billing is just as poorly ran. I hope o am saving you the headache I went through....FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Dr was fine, too bad we won't be continuing with procedure. Called to get help with prep for colonoscopy, woman who answered phone was not helpful at all.
