Hi Dr. Subbarayan. I like you so much, but please, please change your staff! They are so lazy! if you don't change your staff, I'm leaving from you.

I 've been Doc SriVidya's Patient for few years.She is Nice. But the office person needs to be changed. One of the scenarios I dealt with her office staff. I called their office phone, which was answered by a lady. She pretended as if she couldn't hear me. Then it went to a voicemail.No response. When I called again after waiting for 1 hour or 2 hour,she was screaming at me I do not have any appointment until fifteen days. Terrible ethics. Highly unprofessional staff. No value for patients and their time.

I had billing issues. On calling the doctor's office, I was asked by the office staff to bring the invoice. I confirmed their office hours, left my work early, and reached at 12:18 pm since they were closing for lunch at 12:30 pm. Their office was closed. I called their phone, which was answered by a lady. She pretended as if she couldn't hear me. So, I called back thrice and she did the same thing. On my fourth attempt the call went to a voicemail. I left a message with my name and number and said that I was at their door step trying to leave an invoice, and would appreciate if someone opened the door. No response. When I called again after waiting for five minutes, their phone could not be reached. I guess the staff put the receiver off the hook. All attempts after that to inquire whether or not they were open that day was futile. Terrible ethics. Highly unprofessional staff. No value for patients and their time.

Excellent doctor! She is our family doctor and we all love her. We feel very comfortable discussing all our health issues with her. She has helped get thru' very difficult & painful times. I used to visit her after every specialist's diagnosis and she helped understand and manage my health.

One of the best doctors I ever dealt with so far. Wonderful personality and good listening skills. She really cares for her patients and their health problems. I highly recommend her. By the way, she is a female.

Spends enough time listening to my health problems. Follows up promptly upon getting test results.
