My family has nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Mayo clinic with Dr. Garrison. The staff have been terrific and accommodating. Three generations of my family see Dr. Garrison and we trust her completely. We have had not one bad experience in our many, many visits to the office. I feel that my healthcare has been much better since I’ve been seeing her. I completely disagree with the negative reviews, and wonder if they even saw the same doctor???

I went a few times and will never go back. She likes to run a lot of tests, but when you need help in any other way, forget it.

The esteemed Mayo Clinic boasts female doctors with chips on their shoulders, repeatedly bills patients for services not rendered and constantly demands unnecessary follow-up visits for the sole purpose of billing patients for unnecessary office visits. The dispute system is worthless with six months of repeated “reviews” that result in zero resolution. Case in point: I made an appointment for an annual exam for the purpose of securing two Rx refills for medications I’ve been taking for many years. I was billed for a myriad of services that did not take place and received Rx refills for 6 months rather than the full year. Do yourself a favor. Stay far away from the very unethical Mayo Clinic.

My wife and have been trying hard to like her but after my last visit I've realized she genuinely does not care about our health. She does not do thorough exams or discuss treatment regimes. She's kind of just a robot that does referrals and writes prescriptions. I like Mayo in general but I am starting to think their PCPs only exist to drive business to the specialists at the main campus.

Dr. Garrison is not sympathetic or compassionate as you would think by an initial impression. If she doesn't understand a disease, she ignores it and has no sympathy.

Dr. Garrison is great but the billing department over charges and then isn't accessible by phone. It's always a fight to correct bills even for a simple annual checkup.

Dr. Garrison is professional & compassionate.

I have been going to Dr. Garrison for several years. She is compassionate, attentive, gregarious, and has a special ease which you can talk to her easily. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!

You can never get to speak with Dr. Garrison o nthe telephone.Her nurses constantly miscommunicate your message to her. The nurses have gotten my prescription requests mixed up with my husbands.Would not recommend Mayo Primary Care.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Garrison to anyone. I was impressed how she enters the room prepared to see you and she has read your information. She even walked into the room carrying my printed prescription refills. Impressive. She listens carefully and follows through with any questions or concerns. I have to drive two hours to see her as this is where my health insurance is but I wouldn't go elsewhere.
