DR. CASSIVI WAS ONE OF TWO SURGEONS WHO OPERATED ON ME IN 2006 AT THE MAYO CLINIC IN ROCHESTER, MN. HE PERFORMED A CHEST WALL RESECTION FROM THE BACK TO REMOVE PORTIONS OF 3 RIBS THAT WERE INFECTED WITH ANEURYSMAL BONE CYSTS THAT THREATENED MY SPINE. THE SURGERY WAS SUCCESSFUL AND SAVED MY SPINE FROM THE CYSTS. DR. CASSIVI'S FOLLOW-UP CHECKUPS WERE POSITIVE AND INFORMATIVE.
