Dr. Dallas was my primary care physician for three months - it did not go well. He does not respond to urgent refill messages from his staff. I called his office over 10 times, over the course of a week requesting a refill (after submitting the request online), and eventually ran out of my medication for three days. On the last call, I asked if he was in the office and was advised he was not. Less than 10 minutes later, I drove by his office and saw him sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot. I stopped and explained the situation to him. He claimed that he had not received any messages, seemed genuinely concerned, refilled my prescription, and gave me his cell phone number. No one should have to physically track down their physician to refill a prescription. The next time my prescription required a doctor's renewal, I submitted the online request 7 days in advance, and followed up with an e-mail. Followed up again with e-mails one and two days later-no response. … When I called the office, I was advised that an urgent request was sent to the provider. Five days after submitting the request, I called the alleged cell phone number I was given and left Dr. Dallas a message. He did call back later, but did not leave a message--and clearly did not listen to my voicemail as my refill request was still pending. I called his cell phone, and office multiple more times, leaving a message each time for the next two days. After being ghosted for 7 days, with not other options I called the specialist physician (friend of mine) that referred me to him, asking if she knew of another cell number for Dr. Dallas as I remembered that when she initially reached out to him via text, he texted back near instantly. She did not have another number for him other than the one I had - texts from me to that number went unanswered. Eventually, his NP refilled the prescription one week, six e-mails, and eleven phone calls after my request. It amazes me that any physician would disregard someone in this manner, not to mention subject himself to professional embarrassment from the colleague that referred me to him. Sadly, I cannot recommend Dr. Dallas.

He and his staff are the worst of the worse especially his physician assistant Molly his staff are very unprofessional they act like they care about your health but there just as fake as their smiles stay away from he and his staff I advise anyone not to go to opus Medicine they take payoffs to make sure that your true health issues never see the light of day by falsifying your medical records

I have been coming to Dr Dallas for 12years I came to him with a problem other doctors could not diagnose within 3 weeks he had figured out the problem. He is so compassionate and caring and always takes as much time as is needed. He may run late sometimes but that’s because he doesn’t run it the room and out he takes time to explain your problem. He is the best in his field.

Dr Dallas gives his patient his full attention, asks questions and is a wonderful teacher.

I love and respect Dr. Dallas. His office personel on the other hand leave a whole lot to be desired! On one occasion they said they would call in a prescription he wrote and after several phone calls I finally gave up and the prescription never got filled. The latest issue was that they called and scheduled an MRI at one location and when I showed up for appt. they told me the office had cancelled it. Also I assumed that it was for another issue I had that Dr. Dallas was going to refer me for an MRI for. But no, it was for my neck as a follow up of as a next step after an xray. Again no one called to tell me whay or what the neck xray showed to warrant an MRI. When I called and spoke to the medical assistant about the problem with MRI appt. she had the nerve to tell me I was the one who messed it up. And it wasn't even scheduled at the same place, day or time. Extremely aggravating!!!!!!

Good Doctor...Bad office personnel!! I visited Dr Dallas on the 15th of August as a new referral. After the diagnosis, his staff was supposed to call in a prescription for my type 2 diabetes, I call them 3 times before they called it in, also at the same visit blood work was taken to be sent to a lab, as of this review I've yet to hear from them, in spite of the fact that I made 3 calls to their office inquiring about the results, and they assuring me they would get back with me after each call. They say first impressions are lasting impressions, they've certainly made an impression on me and I wouldn't refer him to anyone.

i trust his judgment very much.

I am in my 90's and Dr. Dallas takes time to make sure I am as healthy as I can be.

Dallas is not very friendly or very welcoming. I don't feel like a valued patient.
