Dr. Stephen Michael Dent, MD

The office , other than an auditory exam, never looked into my ears. I complained of internal itching in the ears. My primary MD looked into the ears later that week and discovered I had eczema in both ears.

After months of being strung along with multiple office visits and tests and paying hundreds of dollars, I finally caught on to what they were doing. I never received treatment for my conditions and never once saw the actual doctor. All of the visits were with PAs. I think the PAs and office staff are told to drag out treatment for as long as possible to make more money. Funny ... the fine print at the bottom of this review before submitting states "I verify that I have received treatment from this doctor." Well I can't verify that because after months at this office, I never saw the doctor and never received treatment. Stay away from this practice!

4 visits, thousands of dollars, and still no relief for my ear problem. Worse yet, I still haven't seen the doctor. Dent uses physician's assistants to take his place. PAs have their place but they are not a replacement for a doctor. In my case, when steroids and diuretics failed to work he ran out of ideas but never thought it may be time to have me see the doctor.

This doctor put wrong instruction on prescription of my wife. Had to go to the emergency room. Dr Dent did not return phone call.

Dr Dent is a very gentle Dr with excellent bedside manner. Don't know results yet but will continue to visit him.

I went to Dr. Dent, because I was constantly getting sinus and ear infections and I was getting dizzy from no drainage in my sinuses. The doctor had me get a scan, take a hearing test and take allergy tests. Once all of the results were in, it was recommended to get sinus surgery. I had full access to Carol Butler, NP where she addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I had surgery and now I feel like a new person! I can breathe, I am not getting sick and I have no headaches! Thank you Dr. Dent and Carol Butler! You changed my life! I would recommend Dr. Dent and his staff!

Get the impression that their priorities at this office is:getting patients in & out fast & hitting up their insurance for the maximum they can get by using unnecessary fancy equipment (that they probably got sold by some greedy medical equipment company) is a modus operandi.Pity, I almost thought the doctor was a nice man.

Dr. Dent was great, he examined me realized the problem, ordered a CT scanand found the problem.
