I truly appreciate Dr. Milhausky,'s surgery on my left hand. I am recovering well and I will highly recommend him if anyone needs his services.

Very pleasant demeanor. Gives the patient plenty of time to ask questions. And, when something needs to be modified because of the patient's preference, doctor doesn't hesitate to make it happen for the patient. He has done 11 surgeries on me. Outcome is always what he tells me is going to happen.

Dr. Mihalsky practices below the standard of care, thanks to his arrogant nature. He misdiagnosed two fractures in my hand and refused to further investigate, assuring me it was "soft tissue damage." Asking for another radiograph irritated him and was like pulling teeth. When he still misdiagnosed, he acted appalled that I requested an MRI to figure out why this "soft tissue damage" wasn't healing after months of splinting (per his orders) and would not offer me one. 4 days later I took HIS radiographs to another surgeon and there were 2 obvious fractures needing surgery. The other surgeon also immediately sent me for an MRI confirming another fractured bone fragment. One was an avulsion that had been misdiagnosed so long it had started to attach elsewhere in my hand. It's now permanently screwed back in. On top of all of this, I had a job that required intense hand strength and dexterity so I was put out of work for way longer than necessary had I just been listened to and/or… diagnosed correctly the first time.

Dr. Mihalsky is a very good doctor with great bedside manner. Does a great job with surgery. Can't even see my scars.

Dr. Mihalsky has a very good bedside manner. He is soft spoken, asks questions to find out your needs and makes you feel like getting your situation fixed is his priority. I will definitely refer him to others!

Dr. Mihalsky is an excellent surgeon . He did not seem hurried, He explained fully the problem I was having with my hand, his recommendation for treatment, and what to expect. I was scheduled right away, the surgery went well and I am able regain near normal function of my hand days before my stitches are to be removed.
