Dr. Stephen Michael Pollet, MD

Until now, I have never felt compelled to comment on my experience with any person or business that I have dealt with. But my treatment by Dr. Stephen Pollet warrants that I do so now. I have a long-term condition that numerous doctors have repeatedly told me they could not diagnose nor help me with. As a last resort, I contacted Dr. Pollet who scheduled an appointment within a month (most take 6-12 months) and spent a full hour in his examination and questions. Unlike most doctors today who spend their time with their back to the patient why typing, he talked to me without a keyboard. And he listened. Dr. Pollet was able to diagnose my problem and find a solution quickly where none have done over the past 10 years. If that wasn’t enough, he also personally called me to check on how I was doing. I have been awed to find that there still exists a physician of such character and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone who wishes to see him.

Explained problem with patience for me

Very efficient office, staff is friendly. Dr. Pollet is very good at explaining his diagnosis, asks pertinent questions and listens to your answers. He treats me as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms.
