Dr. Stephen Zweibach, MD

Awful pregnancy experience in 2021. This doctor never informed me he wouldn't be the one to deliver my baby due to COVID restrictions. On the day of delivery, I was presented with a brand new doctor I had never met. I had also voiced my concerns many times to Dr.Zweibach regarding my fears of being induced and c-sections. I was scheduled to be induced due to the child being abnormally "large" even though my daughter was born under 6lbs. Once the office was paid in full, was treated like a number vs a first time mother.

Needless to say that this is Not my favorite exam. That being said, however the doctor had a very pleasant conversational "bed side" manner that made the exam seem to go by quickly. At first I requested a female doctor, but would go back to him as he made me feel comfortable.

Always a good experience

Very good doctor , Only thing is that they usually want you to pay upfront which is not a good billing ethics if you are currently cover by a private insurance. Insurance always pay first and lastly the patient pays remaining portion leftover called ( coinsurance ) by the insurance company . That's what you pay for insurance cover for. you can not bypass the insurance benefits at first site. Thanks for reading and always forward any concern or billing harassment to your insurance company and they will take care of you. Do not settle for less and make sure you are treated with dignity and respect in every aspect of your visit to your physician.

I've been a patient of Dr. Zweibach for nearly a year. He listens and never makes me feel rushed. Great doctor.

When I asked about a possible diagnosis for some of my problems, he looked at me like I had 3 heads and curtly told me I don't fit the "classic" symptoms. I understand that, but not everyone fits the textbook definition. I also unfortunately had a miscarriage and he was very insensitive. Dr. Champion in that same practice is wonderful.

Very nice office and staff. Would recommend to anyone. Dr Z was great to me during my prenatal care.

I wish I could say better. I was 37 weeks pregnant with constant contractions, which he later stated were false contractions I was in pain for over a week, and drugging me up was the only solution. I did the doctor on call, two pages later, and two hours, I finally got through to him. He was so monotone and kind of rude that it made me regret chosing his practice. I wish my experience was better, and him more comforting.

He is the best. After visiting with 5 different gyn in the Brandon area, I foud him. He fixed me up right away. I had surgery with him and I can't even see the scars. He is great!
