It took me 6.5 weeks to get an appointment, so I was not going to miss it at any cost. So I called the day before to confirm it. I had written down the date and time on my referral letter the day that I called and also put a note on my phone just in case. Well, miss "thing" who took my call said that the time I had was wrong, so I changed it, knowing very well that they had moved it, but no biggie. So I told her I would be there on time the next day, which I was. I could hardly believe the location and the look of this medical office. The outside is so-so but the shock is total when you walk in that dump. After looking around for a minute, miss "thing" opened a "window" and asked me if she could help me. I was ready to scream HELP. I told her I had an appointment at 2:50. She then said that my appointment was the day before(when I confirmed my apptmt) and that I had missed it. I looked at her in disbelief and she had the nerve to tell me that it was her who I had talked to and that I… was wrong to think it was for the day after. I looked at my paper to verify that I had the right date. I did. But I looked at her and told her thank you and walked out. In a way, she did me a favor. No way Jose. This is America, not a 3rd world country.

The staff there is totally INCOMPETENT. I'd been trying for 2 months to get authorizations to see certain specialists, most importantly, an oncologist. I'm a cancer survivor and I've been sick, having symptoms of the cancer possibly returning and Itsa, a girl who works there SAYS she's going to call me a certain day practically every week, but I've been having to call there,because Itsa never does! I'm so sick of this, if the cancer is back I'm going to sue them for negligence! DO NOT GO THERE!

I accompanied my mother here for an appointment in which they would give her results of a CAT Scan. Her appointment was at 2:30 pm and although there was no one else in the waiting room, we waited for almost an hour. When I walked up to the window to ask about the wait time, the "doctor assistant" (if they even qualify to be referred to as that), says to me in a condescending manner, "the doctor is on the phone, it's out of my hands, there's nothing I can do". I asked her for an approximate time, and she said she didn't know , and again repeated that it was out of her hands, and there was nothing she could do; barely looking in my direction. After a few more minutes, my mother and I both had to use the restroom so we were allowed access to the back where the doctor sees the patients. My first impression of this office based on the outer appearance was already poor, and now looking "behind the scenes" , just made it worse. There were people waiting in each room with the door open, and… clearly frustrated with their head in their hands. I asked one man if he had already been seen, and he said no, and rolled his eyes. Aside from that, the back office was unkept, unorganized, and what looked like to be filthy. This office has been transformed from a residential home to a clinic, but has not done a very good job of maintaining the trustworthy or professional appeal that is NEEDED when you're handling ANYONE'S health care needs. To make an already looonnngg review just a tad shorter, my experience with the "doctor assistants" did not get any better after we were seen by the doctor. Needless to say, I will do my very best to switch my mothers surgery elsewhere. It was hard to tell if the doctor was any good in his field, since he was tolerant of the unprofessional behavior his assistants were exhibiting.

I would not use this guy. He thinks it's GOD not MD after his name. He is petty and argumentative.

The Staff do not have a clue how to run an office. They are liars. Case in point, I made a complaint to my insurance company on them. After I called in and rescheduled an appointment. But coming into the office on the new appointment date - to be told - there was no appointment made. But then the staff told my insurance company that there was an appointment and I was a no show (LIARS).

I feel bad that the Doctor receive bad reviews because its not his fault. Its his staff. The person who deals with Authorization , Appeal etc. Needs to be replace because my insurance denied my surgery and the person in charge to appeal my case actually never work on my appeals. I had to call the insurance and do my own appeal. Also they waiting takes about 2 hours.

After reading the reviews I kind of think but hopefully I think he is so far a good doctor and I just hope God will guide him upon my situation but yes I really don't like the stuff people there they're so not good the waiting is horrible you get your appointment and say at two and you going in the room like at 3:40 you wait like three hours just to see the doctor

This doctor is a joke i wouldn"t recomend him at all.I was in the waiting room for 2 hours. When I finally was called to a room I was left there another 30 minutes. finally the doctor came in and without hesitation he told me after 2 minutes of examining my daugther that the cyst on her head was a bone.the nurses never took the vitals from my daugther. I got a second opinion from another doctor after x-rays and MRI it ended up being a cyst that needs surgery. advice here never stay with one opinion and never put nobody's life in hands of doctors like this one.

His staff makes this probably good doctor look bad. The ridiculous wait times are only made worse by the staffs rudeness and amusement at the patients' frustration. They stand at full attention when the doctor is near but then play, and are mean spirited in how the handle his patients when he's not. If you're lucky they will be indifferent towards you- if you're not lucky they will make you wish you were Jewish and/or had good enough insurance to go to Cedar Sinai. Overall, he's very personable and seems to be quite capable and direct but again his staff seems to be a bunch of rookies that underestimate the responsibility that they have in helping people with health challenges get better. Professionalism is not their motto. So I would say it's 50/50 what your experience with his office will be based on whose baby's daddy sent the check this month or whether the chicken place canceled their hot wing special or who just got tickets to see Lil Wayne!
