Dr. Kalter literally saved my life.

If Dr. Kalter is in a position where he doesn't know something, God forbid you ask him questions about your dying family member. He snapped at me in the hospital for asking questions. I've never experienced this kind of disrespect or tantrum from a Dr. In my life. Other reviews describe him as short and rude and that is right on the money. He cares more about his pride than he does his patients. Worst Doctor I've ever encountered and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Doctor Kalter is short and rude. His staff overlooked tumors that had spread and weren’t discovered til months into the treatment. My first time meeting doctor kalter I asked for an explanation of my fathers diagnosis, Dr kalter responded with a chuckle and said, “ here we go again”. Guess he was tired of explaining to family of the diagnosis. We ended up switching doctors. His nurse Jeanne was the only reason we even stook around as long as we did. Jeanne was nice and helpful.

Dr. Kalter takes the time to get to know the patient and his life. Further, he is very gentle and explains the isues so that a "layman" can understand the problem(s) and options

I first stated seeing Dr. Kalter in 2010. In 2012 my Insurace company wasn't able to allow me to see Dr. Kalter. I had so much Faith and confidence in Dr. Kalter that I didn't want to see anyone else. I dropped my insurance company and went with one that alloed me to continue to be a patient with Dr. Kalter. I have great RESPECT for him and there is not enough space here to accurately compliment him. GOD BLESS DR. KALTER

Dr. Kalter has been treating my husband for 2 years. At first his cancer was "low grade", and he received appropriate chemo. Within a few weeks, his cancer had transformed into a very aggressive type. Dr. Kalter has been spot on in his treatment. He genuinely cares about his patients, is compassionate and reassuring and kind.

I have seen many doctors in my lifetime and Dr Kalter ranks right up there at the top. It seems to me that he genuinely cares about each one of his patients and he takes whatever time is needed to address the concerns of the patient and their loved ones. I am so thankful to the folks that directed me to him and made it possible for Dr K to be my oncologist. They know who they are and I appreciate them also.

Dr Kalter has been treating me for s few years. I have Non Hodkins Lymphoma which he was watching for futher development. My cancer matastasized and he completely mised my diagnosis. I was diagnosed at the emergency room and went by ambulance to the hospital. Although I begged him to treat me, I was ignored. Finally, he started treatment with heavy chemo in the hospital. Treatment has now stopped until i regain my health. The doctor is very short with information and may have too many patients. I hope death is not in my near future but maybe there is nothing else to do.

I changed my insurance company to be treated by Dr. Kalter.. Great doctor.

When my dad was referred to Dr Kalter for a liver tumor it was still unknown if the tumor was benign or malignant. Upon entering the office Dr Kalter told us my dad had liver cancer in a very cold, unsympathic manner. Dr. Kalter decided my dad was too sick and did not want to treat him at first. He gave us no prognosis, what kind of cancer, no information. After some prompting we convinced him to treat my dad with the least invasive treatment. Dr Kalter was not very involved in treating my dad. On the day we were notified there would be no more treatment, that is Dr Kalter declined to further treat my dad, Dr Kalter didn't even have the descency to tell us himself, he told a unit nurse at the hospital ICU to tell us there was nothing else he could do and he would no longer be treating my dad. After only a month after being told he had liver cancer my dad lost his battle with cancer. I will NEVER refer anyone to Dr Kalter. He is apathetic, unsympathic and unreliable; the worst doctor I… have ever had to face.
