Dr. Sudipta Dey, MD

Staff is polite easy to get appointments but appear disorganized and will always put you on hold. Dr. explains everything but is lacking in follow up. Seriously deficient in physical exam and pre-supposes a diagnosis prior to test results then has to perform a different test after all, it's your insurance not his money. Maintains an authoritative composure not really listening to his patients. Seems reluctant to perform a complete physical exam and relies more on medication to take care of complaints. Don't expect him to return your calls his staff will and then you won't have all your answers not personable. Don't waste your time. A nice doc but useless. Makes excuses that he is "busy" with other patients. Forget it. A lot of better docs out there who will treat their patients professionally and let you have a voice. It's your body. Seems like his calm demeanor and politeness keep people in suspense without getting much done to fix their issues.

Dr.Dey is compassionate ,very throughal and explains everything to you. He is a very intelligent man, physicians.Although I don't see him, Only due to change in insurance ,otherwise I would still see him.You cannot ask for a better physician.

Dr Dey is a highly proficient and competent doctor. He is sympathetic, gives you the time you need and is a good listener.

As a senior citizen I have been treated by many family Doctors. Dr. Dey is one of the best. He actively listens to me as I explain my problems and ask questions for clarification. In the more than five years that he has been my Primary Care Doctor, I have never had a problem. Getting a fast appointment when I am sick is excellent.
