Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

What visit? They lied non stop. They treated me like complete trash like I was not human. They messed up to where I was in pain another doctor said it wasn’t done right with a second opinion. She forgot now 3 times to put it in the pharmacy one on my surgery 8 months ago one after this surgery the. Again. This time. She lied and tried saying she did not perscribe anything which makes no sense as I know what she wrote ? She could have just told me the truth instead of lying please don’t ever go to this dr ever. Dr Brenda is amazing though and never has lied to me but mrs cera please please stay far away unless you want to be in pain and ignored.

I was happy to have Dr Cera before she lied to me. Or her staff did without her knowing it was really weird. So I had colorectal surgery which she said is healing nice etc but since she lied I dont know if she is telling the truth about this either. It was so painful was awful, She gave pain killers at first they did not help i had to go to the er for something stronger the first night to sleep because she forgot to put them in to the pharmacy. So i was stuck with nothing that first night. Then i got them the next day was better with pain killers i saw her for a follow up visit She was super nice as usual everything was good i chat with her ask for more she says YES but i am not going to give you as much. I said ok thats fine. She said and i will give you tramadol which is weaker also and said you can take that with the other if you are in horrible pain i said ok great thanks. Then she said o you need another antibiotic. She said ok i will put it in the computer and she even said ok so… theres 3 right and i said yea and she named them all off again before going in the computer room and i left and went to the pharmacy. After waiting at the pharmacy they said nothing came in yet an hour later. I call the call center said please you must have forgot send it in. pharmacy closes i go back my dad is driving me by the way i am in no condition to drive so next day as soon as they open i call still nothing left 7 messages for susan ceras office to call me back nothing. SO i went there in person and said hey i think she forgot to put the medicine in . They send 2 ladies out saying she never said she would give you anything i was like ummm yes she did , then after back and forth of them saying i was lying and just love spending times waiting in pharmacies and driving 45 min to her office while in horrible pain for fun i say ok well what about the non narcotic and the antibiotic. O she never said that either? I am like i just had surgery i dont want to get infected she said this also. Why is she lying she could have just said no yesterday when i asked and i woulda said ok fine. Why lie and say i will give you half i dont want you in pain. This was insane after i argued with them and said please and demanded to talk to the dr since either she is making this up or they are the 2 lackies from her office. They said no and the one said call the police to the receptionist. I then lost it and told them they are horrible people, i might have used horrible words because of how much pain i am in. How dare they try and call the police over this susan CERA is a LIAR please i urge anyone to NOT go to her office. How can you trust someone who lies to put you under. I do however love brenda , Brenda is awesome but susan LIED. You cant trust drs who make up not talking to you . She was good until this but now who knows what she did while i was under or if i am healing right all this could be lies i have no trust with her anymore. I urge everyone to stay away from this practice or else they will not take your pain seriously. O also they took my blood pressure and i said o hey what was it and the nurse refused to tell me for some reason. I still am in TOTAL shock that she just lied like that. This was not even about the narcotics because she refused to give me the non narcotic and antibiotic either? I think she just forgot to put them in and just made this all up so she would not get in trouble for not putting them in ? I am in total shock that a dr will just lie like this.

New patient for Dr Cera. First visit went very well. She was personable and made me feel comfortable. She explained things to me very professionally, but easy to understand. A sign of a good doctor.

The doctor was on time. She was kind and thorough and explained my situation in layman terms. Together we arrived at a plan of action and carried it through in a timely manner. I could not have been more pleased with my care.

I am very pleased with Dr Cera’s care and knowledge. I have referred several of my fiends to her.

I really like Dr Cera however her staff was hard to get ahold of. Took over 4 weeks to get someone to talk to for an appointment for my colonoscopy. Also, it would of been nice to talk to the Dr after my colonoscopy.

not examined by this surgeon directly till 9 weeks post surgery and i'm still only partially healed. Aftercare non existent and only at insistence of patient. Beware future patients.
