Moved here from NC. Didn’t realize how terrible Medical Care was there till we moved to Fl. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sue for nearly 3yrs. My son and his wife changed Doctors and are extremely happy with Dr. Sue. Her staff is fantastic, not only do they take great care of us in every way but they are always smiling and willing to take the time to make us feel special. Dr Sue’s recommendations for specialist in the area saved my husband’s life. Her ability to read her patients and act accordingly is something we have not had the pleasure of with past doctors. I was diagnosed with COPD in NC but her Allergy treatments has allowed me to stop useing oxygen, and the change in RX has made my life easier… BEST DOCTOR EVER

I have been with dr.sue for at least 7 years and she is the best doctor I think she is wonderful kind and cares about people that go there very nice doctor she has been there for me and was there when I needed her any time day or night/i have called at night a few times for diabetes called every time goes beyond I just love her .could right a book on her. thank you so much for being for all the help your the best

Dr Sue is amazing. Unfortunately due to her son Patrick and daughter in law Brittany she looses help and patients very often. They are the absolute worst. I will never recommend them again. After 5 years of being a patient they fired me due to a 100.00 missed appt charge. My Medicaid trust admins questioned the charge and they didn’t like it. Fee was paid and went in for appt the next day to be told by the poor receptionist Sherri that all appts had been canceled and I would receive a letter and that nobody could talk to me. Went 3 weeks without my heart meds and antidepressant during this time. Brittni deciding when and how much to dole out depending on her mood. Never once in the weeks of dealing with them was I ever allowed to speak to the Dr.

My husband has lived with chronic pain from military service. We moved to Edgewater and became patients of Dr. Sue July 2016. Since that time my husband has undergone surgery for Liver Cancer, Neck Surgery and she has treated him for various other ailments. Dr. Sue has been with us every step of the way. It was thru her guidance, patience and understanding that we had the best specialist to take care of my husband and for the first time in 15 years he is without pain… She has given us both a new lease on life… Dr. S. Hole and her staff are the most caring and sincerest we have ever dealt with. They make us feel like family and we in turn feel they belong to our family.

Doctor Susan Hole is great. Its the Billing person that just keeps making mistakes when filing the insurance claim and every year I get billed for something that is covered under wellness because she codes it incorrectly.

My wife gave our insurance card to the front desk but was never told that they were not in our network until after she was seen. I called to resolve the issue and they were not willing to negotiate the price. I feel that it was their responsibility to let us know they were not in network before seeing my wife.
