Dr Ryan has always been amazing with my children. She has guided me through complex medical decisions with skill and understanding.

Dr. Susan Ryan is an Awesome, Acurate, Caring Doctor who is attenitve to both the needs of the patient and the parents. She is kind, willing to listen, and flexible! Patient and so helpful with caring for all the children! The office is always available to help with getting your child in for sick appointments or to have a triage nurse help you walk through any sickness that comes up ! My four children have been with Pediatric Assoc. of Orlando for 10 years (since we moved to Orlando). We have seen different drs. and all have been fine. This past Thanksgiving my daughter was sick and ended up in the hospital for a few days. All the drs. told us it was mono, however every test that was done for mono came back negative. So we had a follow-up appt. with Dr. Ryan, whom we had never seen before. She also said it was mono even though all tests came back negative. This is my daughter's health so I wanted to take her to a specialist to be checked out. Dr. Ryan said it was not neccessary and wouldn't refer us to a specialist. So even when I found a specialist on my own, she refused to send my daughter's records over and actually verbally fought with me to get my daughter's records to the point where I had to go to the office and sign a release and pick up her records. And now one month later after no communication with the office, I recieve a letter telling me I am no longer… welcome at their office. Like I said, I have been with them for 10 years and was perfectly happy to stay with the group as long as I didn't have to see Dr. Ryan again. But once I recieved the certified letter telling me they were "terminating" our relationship, well, there are plenty of pediatricians in the area who will understand a parents concern when they are given a diagnosis but multiple tests come back negative. I don't want you to think we are the type of parents who are calling every week with imagined ailments. We are fortunate that our children are healthy and all we have needed over the years have been mostly their yearly physicals.

We had bounced around a bit trying to find a good pediatrician. After my grandson's first appointment with Dr Ryan, both Mom and I let out a sigh of relief. Finally, found a great pediatrician. She truly has passion for the well-being of her patients. This coupled with her knowledge, experience, and willingness to explain and educate makes her the best pediatrician for my grandson.

Dr. Susan Ryan has been both of my kids pediatrician for over 10 years. Her courtesy and professionalism is phenomenal. She is accurate, thorough and caring. Follow up is wonderful. Her nurse, Susan is also top notch. I drive from Kissimmee (previously even from St. Cloud) to either office to see her or Dr. Gans. The whole team of doctors are wonderful there. I am thankful to have such a wonderful doctor for my children.
