She was great and then suddenly she just decided no to take care of me. Even though they had made. Followup appointment. I was sent a letter, that she did not want to be my physician. Ehen saw her and had nothing but a pleasant visit and I wish her Happy Holidays, gave a hug . I expressed to her that I was happy to have her as my Doctor. she was gracious. Next came the latter and all because of a misunderstanding with no chance to vindicate myself. I still would recommend her.She is a great physician !!

I needed an immediate appointment and got one for the next morning. Short wait time and although a thorough exam, I was done and on the way to work in 40 minutes from stepping in the door.

Dr. Novella:s office was very efficient with no wait time in the waiting room or in the exam room. She was very thorough, professional and friendly.

I have seen Dr. Ovella for a long time. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable of the problems and illnesses I have presented. She make one feel as if they were the only patient in the practice. Never rushing. Always a smile and kind word. Her accurate diagnosis of my illnesses, have, from time to time, ended with me in the hospital. She is always there for her patients. She doesn't mind "door knob" questions. (You know, those questions you think of as she is leaving the room---"Oh by the way---my left leg keeps falling off.") I always like seeing Dr. Ovella. I am treated with courtesy and professionalism by her staff. Her receptionists are without equal and her nurse is simply wonderful. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A "REALLY GOOD" PHYSICIAN---LOOK NO FURTHER---YOU HAVE FOUND HER. And if it is an emergency---they try to work you in the day you call.

Always a friendly staff and most often a quick wait in outer wait room and inside the room waiting for Dr Ovella. Once in the room she always listens and asks questions, taking her time to really understand what is going on. and to make sure you understand what she is telling you.

Dr. Ovella is very concerned with helping her patients.
