Rude staff, rude provider. Do not recommend unless you have something straight forward that doesn't require extra work.

Dr. Naik has been my doctor for several years. She takes excellent care of me and always takes time to talk about any concerns I have. I highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I was a patient of hers for 18 year s and apparently I have missed too many appointments which granted in the 18 years I missed about five. I always called and apologized for my mistake and of course there is always a fee which I gladly paid as it was my mistake. Do you know how many countless hours I have sat in that office waiting for her. It goes both ways. Well today when I called to verify my appointment I was told the doctor will no longer see me she dropped me as a patient. After 18 years of being a dedicated patient you supposedly send a letter and are told you are dropped... I am on medication that I need and my appointment was set up for timing of my medication refill. I am supposed to up and find a new doctor like that and what about my medication.. I agree with everyone's review of the staff... The are rude, are always talking about the doctor behind her back and literally were fighting in front of me and bickering with each other. The most unprofessional medical… staff I have ever witnessed. And now I can include the doctor in that category as well... Completely unprofessional and uncaring and basically is all about money... The best part is you have to fill out a mental health paper everytime you go in there... Do you know how muchoney she gets everytime you fill out that paper from the insurance company... She never does a thing with it never looks at it but gets 75 dollars a pop from my insurance company.. When I realized this was being billed to my insurance company I called them told them that if any more evaluations come in to be paid to NOT pay it as I was not filling out another form so she could use it as a way to get free easy money...absolutely stunned with this whole situation...

After seeing this woman for many years for our family's medical needs, we are moving on. Today she used profanity while accusing our son he failed to get a requested blood test (which the nurse later admitted she had never ordered). She further ranted that she never makes mistakes and he could f...ing take his family elsewhere and she didn't give a s..t. A prescription to the pharmacy she claimed was sent a week ago arrived there today, back-dated. We can see why her staff is constantly leaving. She treats them all like dirt. All six of this family will be looking elsewhere. If I could give no stars for a rating I would.

The doctor was no where to be seen. We were seen by a nurse practitioner. The front desk assistant was so rude and mean to us. The office manager, Denise, would not help at all. She told us to get another doctor. I would not recommend this doctor at all.

Dr. Naik is a good physician but the support staff and a filthy office is a draw back. Issues easily fixed. The entire office needs a good cleaning.

Doctor is very busy. But worth the wait.
