Everything was explained to my satisfaction, all the tests she wanted done she asked if I agreed and told me the best way to check the prices. She was very polite and respectful. All the office staff were very friendly.

I have 2 visits with Dr. Rao, with more to come. Dr. Rao is very professional and caring. She explains things in detail, let me know options if any I felts was right treatment for me. Besides talking with you she's very keen on body language and takes the time helping you with your fears and or doubts Sheecommended by my GP who I trust. I give Dr. Rao a high rating.

Office staff were very rude to me when I went to make a complaint that the nurse was not returning my calls. I would not recommend this doctor due to the unprofessionalism of the staff and the way I have been treated this week. The doctor set a plan for treatment and the office staff argued with me that I was misinformed and that they have never heard of such a treatment protocol. As a patient I should not have had to argue about what the doctor has planned for me with office staff. Very upsetting. They need to do better with their patients.
