GREAT DOCTOR WITH ANSWERS YOU NEED AND CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

My experience is good. But I am visited her for my wife who can't speak English well. So my wife feel comfortable to visit Dr. Tahera Ali. Dr Tahera and her institution Riverside Medical Group service is fast as I expected. I'm satisfied.

For a regular check up she switched it to car insurance accident my personal insurance end up not paying for it because of nose is you even she give me a prescription but I end up paying for visit for $485 the worst doctor I have ever seen in my entire life I’m supposed to look at the reviews before being there if you’re with this do not go there I’m telling you we’re trying to make money

She’s the most rude person I’ve ever met in my life. She doesn’t care about her patients she just wants you to come in so that insurance can be charged and she gets paid. The amount of wait time isn’t even close to the amount of time you spend in the room with her, you’ll wait 30 minutes but see her for 3 minutes because she runs out the room before you can even blink. She doesn’t make eye contact which is weird and shows that she doesn’t like to engage with her patients. She can clearly care less how sick or how old you are as long as you come in so she can get paid. God forbid you run out of high blood pressure medication and haven’t seen her in 3 months, you’ll die before getting that refilled. The nurses however were all wonderful and sweet, they’re so caring and funny as they try to take their time making sure that you’re ok. It’s ironic that this doctor has all these years experience as a doctor but 0 in bedside manner. She doesn’t deserve to practice if she’s going to treat her… patients like crap

Had a physical scheduled with Dr. Tahera Ali: 1. Office failed to inform me not to eat before the blood work, so I HAD TO COME IN TWICE. Dr. apologized, and blamed it on the snow storm. 2. NURSES ARE INCOMPETENT and could not explain the purpose of the tests they were performing. In fact they were very busy borrowing stethoscope from each other like the whole office only has 1. 3. Doctors office failed to call me with blood work results. They said they "got busy tone", though they didn't bother to call my mobile phone. 4. When I called in to discuss my blood work I WAS BEING FORCED TO COME IN AGAIN FOR A FOLLOW UP and DR. ALI REFUSED TO DISCUSS MY TEST RESULTS OVER THE PHONE. 5. Eventually they told me that doctor will call me, but she never did. What I think is happening here is Dr. Ali is doing everything possible to generate multiple visits and charge insurance as much as possible. The fact that the doctor's office refused to call me back to discuss results shows how Dr. Ali cares… for her patients.
