Dr. Theodore Ende, DO

Dr. Ende has been our family doctor for over 40 years. He used to make home visits to my grandmom who wouldn't leave the house. He took care of my mom and me and has personally helped me when I was struggling and had no insurance at all. He's the best doctor I've ever seen. A+ for him and his staff.The Flynn and Tobin family.

The office is understaffed. It needs professionals and tech savey individuals. ONE employee is exceptionally RUDE , shows NO COMPASSION. (Can't teach an old dog new tricks). On Hold on the phone longer than it took me to drive 15 miles to the office to get answers. NO FOLLOW UP CALLS, WRONG instructions, NO instructions. A real mess! Don't put your life in these people's hands. Don't think the doc knows what is going on in his outer office. Too bad. I could go on, but it literally makes me sick. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great doctor. Good common sense. Good bedside manner. Bad breath.

Dr. Ende takes his time and is very interested in your concerns. Very gentle and understanding physician. Belinda, on the other hand is the polar opposite - RUDE - just plain out RUDE and getting an appointment scheduled there is next to impossible on the first attempt. Such a shame such a good dr. has such bad staff.

The office staff is beyond HORRIBLE, Belinda who answers the phone is rude beyond rude! She should have been fired years ago. She is nasty to not only the patients but the other staff. Why this goes on I have no idea. Been a patient for years but now we are searching for a new doctor. We had hoped when Meridian took over they would get rid of her but it seems she is a lifer. So time to switch!

I don't understand how anybody can leave a bad review for this Dr and his wonderful staff all I can say is I am truly blessed to have a medical group that treats me me and all 5th patients with utmost respect I have nothing but good things to say the Dr is the very best and the staff are very nice professional and courteous all the time one again thank you Dr ended and staff!!!!!!!!

This office only cares about your insurance carrier, not your health. I called to make an appointment for my mother. After a lengthy wait time, I was asked her name, phone number, and insurance carrier. Then, I was told someone would call me back. Two days later, I didn't hear from them so I called back. Again, I was asked about which insurance carrier my mother had and told, "There's a list. We're calling people back." So, I wait over a week to call again. I was told the exact same thing. Well, it's been nearly a month with no reapinse from this office and my mother ended up going to the ER for her issue. This doctor was recommended to me and that's why I dilengently tried to make my mother an appointment. Unfortunately, the staff is less than friendly and you'll only get an appointment if you have the right insurance. Absolutely, horrible that this office picks and chooses who they will see based on insurance provider. And, if they say that's not true, well then how come I… never received a return phone call after calling three times. I could not have been more polite to these people and was completely dismissed. Greedy jerks.

Dr ande is the best doctor i have ever been to he is such a nice person as are the staff. He spent alot of time with me to discuss my medical problems accurately diagnosed my problem the first time. He listens to everything you say and is there to help you in any way he can. Thank you so much dr ande and staff keep up the great work.

Dr. Ende is the best since I have been ols enough to remember need ing a doctor's care. He is very personable, very astute ti his patient's needs, well versed in continuing education with the latest procedures, tests, etc. His staff ( all of them) are extremeley polite and understanding, responsive and just great to be around. In today's world I can go on forever about Dr, Ende and his staff as they are a rare breed in the profession. Extremely caring, knowledgebale, understanding and just all aroud the best I have experoienced. Thank you Vr. Ende and thank you for your wonderful staff.
