I went to this doctor for a recommendation for my daughter on Juneteenth, which is her birthday. She doesn’t regularly have nosebleeds, but over the last week they have gotten worse. The staff coming into the establishment was great. However, Dr. Kanne wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong, he was informative, but could immediately tell he didn’t want to be bothered with us. He told me my daughter nostril would most likely have to have a procedure where he would put a numbing spray inside the nostril then paint a lite salve across. We were ok with that. He proceeded to jerk her nose back and continuously sprayed a numbing spray in her right nostril profusely without stopping and got upset when she pushed him off. He stated he couldn’t do it if she was going to push him away. Sir, my daughter couldn’t breathe and I know you don’t treat your patients like this at all, but it’s ok. We will not be returning and she doesn’t want to return. There was no compassion or understanding from this doctor. He… barely wanted to touch her face or my hand to receive the paperwork. I will be reaching back out to her current doctor to be referred to a different location.
