Dr. Butler is a skilled surgeon and takes the time to listen to his patients, he's not trying to rush you out the door so he can see the next patient. He is easy to communicate with, he explains procedures until you understand them.

I consider Dr. Thomas Butler, Jr. the best Orthopedic Surgeon I have encountered. He performed 2 shoulder rotator cuff surgery's & 1 finger surgery. The results on all 3 surgeries were excellent & recovery time was just as expected. Dr. Butler has an exceptional bedside manner, good communicator & very caring! Judi Lipscomb

Typically you don't have the long wait time but Dr Butler is an excellent physician and surgeon and worth the wait...

Dr. Butler repaired my left shoulder and soon will do my right. Years of over training and weightlifting caused severe damage to the ligaments in both of my shoulder joints. Seven months after my surgery, my shoulder pain is minimal, it feels strong and renewed. I am surprised I feel this good in such a short time. Dr. Butler spoke with me in terms I could understand and always made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is not your typical Dr., he is down to earth, easy to speak with and I never felt talked down to or that he felt superior to me as I have with other Physicians. Michelle, Dr. Butler's Medical Assistant, is as warm, caring and kind as anyone I have ever met. She is responsive, has a great sense of humor and is a genuine wonderful person. All the staff I have worked with in this office are fantastic...Thank you all.

Dr. Butler has ALWAYS shown compassion and wanted to help me continue to work and enjoy my lifestyle (playing golf) even though I have severe arthritis. He gave me my golf game back and frankly walks on water as far as I'm concerned. He also performed surgery on my son's hand and he has never had any issues. He is simply the best!

I tore my bicep tendon on my left elbow. I have a phobia of doctors and it took everything I could muster to gather the courage to get this surgery done. As bad as I thought it would be, I was amazingly suprised how easy it all went. I experienced little pain and the surgery was a success! Other docters have seen the results of Dr. Butler's work and they all agree that he did an excelent job... I have another injury to my right shoulder and I need a hemiarthroplasty to correct the problem. I am in the process of having that worked on by no other orthopaedic surgeon than Dr. Butler.
