Dr. Thomas Wesley Hayne, MD

My family loves doctor Haynes. He is so knowledgeable and will take the time to really understand what is going on. I never feel rushed and he answers all of our questions. Very kind and compassionate. Would highly recommend him.

Dr Hayne wad amazing, very courteous, friendly. I am happy thay we found a pediatrician for my baby. Staff was extremely friendly as well.

My boys and I absolutely adore Dr.Hayne. My little guys are always happy and comfortable when they have to pay him a visit. His nurse, Terri, is completely wonderful and the entire staff is gentle and friendly. I recommend him to all of my mommy friends. Just love him!

I loved taking my son to see Dr. Hayne. From day 1 he has always been very knowledgeable and informative about the phases my son has gone through from a newborn until now, preschool age. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, the office, or Dr. Hayne. I hate I had to move away.

I will first say that I thought the office staff and nurse seemed nice enough. The building somewhat clean and pretty average. I didn't have to wait too long before Dr. Hayne came in...it was much quicker than some places I have been. However, my opinion is that Dr. Hayne should not be in pediatrics. I felt he was very impatient with my child and was getting after my child for touching things in the room even after I was already taking care of it. He seemed very short fused. He even said, "I am good for about 3 minutes." If he and/or his staff don't want children touching certain things in the patient rooms, they need to put things up and away from little hands. Any half-way good pediatric office and/or doctor would know this. This doctor also used his foot to try to move my child who was getting into something. What kind of person would do this to a child? treat them like an animal? Also, I attempted to speak with Dr. Hayne about how I wanted to approach health care for my child and I… felt as though he didn't want to listen to me and I felt he was acting very pompous and rude to me. Overall, one of my worst pediatric visits ever.

Dr. Hayne is terrific. He always does a great job at talking to both you and your child, assuring you about their symptoms when they're sick and their developmental progress at the annual check-ups. He always takes whatever time you need. Also, when we have had follow up questions, he has made himself available by phone and we can usually get his main nurse on the phone as well, which is very unusual. I wish we could find a doctor this great for the adults in our household!

Our three children love Dr. Hayne. He is great with children from birth to teenagers. It is obvious that he cares for his patients. He takes the time to build a relationship with the children and their parents. When you have concerns, he listens and follows through to give the best care possible. He is a rare gem in the world of doctors today!

I love Dr. Hayne and the staff at PA in Waterford Lakes. Yes, it can take a while to get in to see him (last time I waited over an hour)... BUT that's the trade-off if you want a doctor who will ensure he takes enough time with you. In addition, we've never had a problem fitting in my son if he was sick. He has such a great, common sense approach to medicine and has a calming bedside manner. We've been seeing Dr. Hayne since my first child was a newborn and I can honestly say that my son and daughter absolutely *love* him.
