Dr. Thomas Ping Hsia, MD

Finally stopped seeing Dr. Hsai after waiting 2 hours in the lobby past my appointment time. The staff didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the fact that they were so behind. Dr. Hsai is very kind but seems to be obsessed with metals in dental fillings causing problems. I told him I didn’t have metal fillings prior to my diagnosis and he kept going on about his wife getting her fillings removed.

DR Hsia Unlike a lot of MDs,this Docter hasa good bedside manner,he generally seems to care and auctually call you personally to give you your results.I am definitely going to see him again..

Had a terrible appointment with this doctor where I was dismissed in less than 10 minutes. Then I recieved a bill for a 45 minute consultation. I paid it. Then I recieved countless phone calls from the office, asking why I paid it and for me to send them a copy of the bill because they didn't have a record of them sending me a bill. Eventually, they sorted it out on their own and figured out that I owed them exactly what I paid them. Now they have called 3 times in the last 1/2 hr, asking if I will make it to my follow up appointment. I have no clue what this follow up appointment would entail as nothing has changed since the orginal appointment. There weren't even test perscribed.

It took two month to get an appointment with this GI. On the day of my appointment, the waiting room was filled to capacity and it took an hour to see the doctor. Upon seeing the Dr, we told him my symptoms and gave him the records from my former GI from before I moved. He said that it was very backed up and that he would give me a call later in the day. This seemed odd and I felt dismissed. To my surprise, he actually did call back, after bed time, but called back. He insisted on a pregnancy test, which makes no sense. There is no way I could have been pregnant and esp. not for the last four years. He was informed of this, but he said itâ??s federal law. Itâ??s not. I verified it. Not even a state law. Also, no other doctor that I have seen has required this. He said he wouldnâ??t do any procedures on me until I took one or I turned 55 (more than 20 years away). He then said that heâ??d prefer to talk to my husband. He told my husband that he would look into relieving the test and… that he would call back on Friday and that he would call in a prescription for anti-nausea medication. This makes me think this isnâ??t a law, but maybe a hospital policy. No call came on Friday. When my husband tried to pick up from the pharmacy, they said that they did not receive any perception. This doctor lies to your face, and wonâ??t spend time with you. Donâ??t waste your time with this guy.
