Dr. Thomas Victor Kantor, MD

Dr. Kantor is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is thorough, caring, listens to health concerns and lets the patient take part in their plan of care.

As a health and fitness professional in the Lebanon community for over 30 years, I have heard countless times from clients and class students how wonderful Dr. Kantor is, and how fortunate they felt they were to have him as their doctor. I am now a patient of Dr. Kantor. He is certainly one of the BEST doctors I ever had. He is an incredibly gifted and experienced doctor who is very thorough, kind, and he goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Kantor is a role model of what every healthcare provider should strive to be. Like all the rest of his many patients, I am SO fortunate that he is my doctor!

Dr. Kantor has provided care for my sarcoidosis and rheumatoid arthritis for 12 years. He has maximized my health and helped me deal with disabling diseases. For every office visit, he is prepared with my medical history, asks discovery questions, listens with respect, explains options thoroughly, and is genuinely caring. Relevant information is shared with my other doctors, which enhances their care. Dr. Kantor is affiliated with two fine hospitals in my area. Support staff is professional and efficient. Facility is clean. Good choice!

In the 20 years of my illness and disability, Dr. Kantor has provided excellent care, compassion, support and resources. I appreciate tremendously his willingness to allow complementary medicine. I am privileged to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Kantor is most personable. At times he suggests a very aggressive treatment plan at initial appointment, not always considering a person's age and ability to withstand that treatment or likely long term side effects. Also, the diagnosis at times is uncertain, but he still proceeds with the plan, only to find later it is something else. But he is very friendly and well meaning.

Dr Kantor is caring, respectful and compassionate. I would recommend him as a Doctor.

I’ve been with Dr. Kantor for 4 years, and have had the most stellar care I have ever received from a doctor. He always is right on top of what’s happening with you, and always returns calls and emails within a few hours. He always takes time in listening to you, and is very friendly and attentive. I haven’t had a flare for a long time since I began seeing him, which is more than worth the 90 minutes I travel to see him. I would be willing to even fly to see him if I moved further away...no kidding!

I have been a patient of Dr Kantor for many years and not once have I ever been disappointed. He is extremely knowledgeable and continues to keep on his studies on the cutting edge of his specialty. Yet, he is not afraid to consult with others when there is a need. As a person, he has a tremendous capacity to show compassion and empathy in all situations. He is never too busy to take extra time and is personally aware of all his patient needs. Even when not working he will check his messages to ensure that his patients are taken care of. Totally dedicated and giving. I am one of the lucky ones that have him as my rheumatologist. I Wish everyone could find the same phenomenal care, that I receive from Dr Kantor.

The best doctor who ever treated me for the diseases I have. Caring, thorough, and whenever need to see him in an urgent situation he fits you in the schedule.

Dr. Kantor is such a great doctor. He helped me so much thru a real bad time. I travel about a hour and half to see him and it doesn't bother me because he is so compassionate.
