Dr. Thomas J Stack, DO

The prior review needs a review. Knowledge and true experience only please, not offensive frustrations with zero understanding and zero respect of a dedicated practitioner of 25 years. Facts: Dr Stack is open to see his patients 6 days a week 12 hour days for the past 25 years. He is highly respected and a recipient of many awards including yearly NJ Top Doctor recognition. His patients are his passion. He has a very mature patient population that is only on occasion open to new patients. COVID and poor market conditions have caused staffing issues throughout healthcare. Dr Stack has a dedicated highly skilled staff that gives 100% effort. It is unfortunate that Dr Stack can not accommodate every new desire to join his practice, and his present patient population is highly satisfied as seen in his 5 star ratings throughout all Internet forums. Frustration and disappointment that Dr Stack can not see every new patient should not be considered a true review of a medical practice… and most certainly not posted publicly for a review from a person not a qualified member of his practice.

I called twice last week (Tuesday and Thursday) and got voice mail. My message was to please call me as I was looking to become a patient of Dr. Stack. I never received a call back. I just called again and got a person on the phone. I explained what happened and there was no response not even an apology. I then asked if Dr. Stack was taking new patients and was asked if I was referred by someone. I said you didn’t answer my question so I asked again and I was told “not necessarily”. It was then explained to me that she was the only one in the office and she was answering calls the best she could. I told her I withdrew my interest and hung up. My Dr. has passed away so my wife and I were looking to move to Dr. Stack because he used to practice out of the same office as our long time Dr. Based upon this experience I wouldn’t EVER call Dr. Stacks office again for anything. If you are looking for a new Dr. I recommend you look elsewhere the same as both my wife and I.

Patients are not just another number, every patient is treated with Respect and Compassionate Health Care by Doctor Stack. Any time when having to call the Office with questions or concerns, either staff was able to assist or Doctor Stack has called back himself. The Office Staff is always polite, personal and professional from my experience for over 2 decades.

Dr. Stacks is a Awesome Doctor who caters to each and patient.

Dr. Stack is the most dedicated, diligent and caring doctor I have ever been to. He always sees me, no matter how late it is. I can always count on him seeing me.

Dr. Stack is knowledgeable, compassionate and takes his time with his patients. He explains everything in detail.

Office staff are extremely rude and never calls back. Everytime I am there, its new staff. They need a huge attitude check

This office does not do call or send reminders for appointments. And if you miss an appointment, they will charge a fee.

If you search the planet for a great doctor and a kind person, you will find him in Dr. Stack. Caring and thorough. Wonderful manner and fine intellect. Staff is great too! It was a godsend to find such a great doctor so close to my home. He came reccommended highly and I thank my friends and neighbors that sent me to this great doc!
