Dr. Timothy William Bax, MD

Poor communication skills. He removed an adrenal gland from me. Was a total jerk as I was waiting to be operated on- very insensitive. Never checked on me after surgery, sent an associate who couldn't tell me anything. Had me discharged by a doc in another group who was clueless. If I hadn't intervened I would have been discharged without the steroid rx I needed to survive. He entered this field for the wrong reason. I'm sorry for these other patients. I thought I was an isolated case. Ha!

Dr. Bax repaired both my (lower left & right) hernias 20 years ago and everything is as good as the day he did his fine work. I thought I was needing them re-done but he checked me out and said my pain was from a recent surgery I had and it will take some time heal. He spent time to explain and put my mind at ease. I would never go any other place to have this type of surgery.

This surgeon did an EGD on my daughter who is very petit. He was rushed (a common occurrence per overheard nursing conversation). He was rough and apparently lacerated the next patients esophagus (2nd patient getting EGD that day). Overall impression is he is only concerned about throughput (=money) and could care less about the patient. As noted elsewhere, staff is horrible and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this surgeon to anyone. Find someone else or cross your fingers!

He did my Hemroid surgery. Not only did he Not!!! Remove All of the Roids he sent me home the very dayð??£Found out he went out of town!!!!! Had to have a friend take me to the Hospital in Sever pain!!! Now if anyone has hqd this type of surgery most people STAY in the hospital unril they have there first "movement" Would never see him again. Terrible Doctor. If HE ever were to.see this rating he will know who this is. Hope he sleeps well knowing what a hack he truely is. If you need a surgery dont go to him!! Look elsewhereð??£

After 2 Hienal Hernia surgeries with Dr Bax, both of them failed and now I am having complications again and it looks like surgery for me again. I will not get this done by Dr Bax if he couldn't do it right the first 2 times I am not going to let him try for the 3rd time. And his partner is very rude, and I had to wait over an hour in the room.

I have been under Timothy Bax's care a few times and once for 21 days straight. He always come up to check on me everyday, and made sure that everything was good, and when I needed surgery he got it done fast and quick with zero problems. What more could you ask for in a doctor.

I believe Bax does a good job of surgury, but after x number of days after the operation states you are totally cured and back to normal even if you are not. I believe he has little care for the patients full recovery just wants his money and on to new patients., to make more.
