I have never had a problem with these doctors and I have been coming for 18 years. The staff I have TOLERATED because I like the doctors. I am posting this because of what happened yesterday. IU called first thing in the morning to cancel my well visit because my daughter had to stay after school late notice. I know about the fee, this is fine. No problem, cancelled, pleasant conversation. I get a phone call around 5pm with a snarky attitude telling me I missed my appointment. I replied that I had called in the am to cancel and was in the middle of a sentence and she HUNG UP ON ME. No joke. Not a word. Nothing. I was not nasty, no attitude even because I do understand things happen. I work in an office, I get it. But she just hung up as I was speaking. AND I know who it was. She has been there since I've been going and she has the worst attitude of everyone that is why the rest of the staff starts emulating her. She is rude, snarky, impatient and it has only gotten worse as the years… have gone by. Please do us all a favor and if you hate your job so much, quit.

Clients are treated as $$ numbers , rude staffs and doctors . Doctors walks in room without any greetings like pigs . We have da it when we were never told that there was a$20.00 bill until we get a letter from a collection agency . Where is communication? Could they have told called us or tell us during our next visit? In addition , after hours promise during interview was false . Beware .

Do not build a relationship with this group. Fine as long as your kid has colds or fever however if your kid gets seriously ill they walk away. Doctors dont return calls and staff could care less avoid this group

THE OFFICE STAFF HERE SUCK!!!!!!l They are useless. so the docs are nice when you get your shots and pretty good at figuring out what is wrong. Do you think they will fax your school with the info... NOPE!!! Useless!!! They sent a blank fax back to my kids school. Really? They cannot figure out a fax machine? We have been a month (we switch doctors) trying to get our medical records out. Still useless. Rude, and completely unconcerned with providing any type of service. THEY REALLY DON'T GIVE A CRAP.
