Dr. Timothy Erin Napier, MD

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. My family member was having side pain, after being brushed off at other visits, she insisted on a CT. DR ordered CT and went on vacation to Hawaii, never followed up with her or had any one else follow up. After waiting a month she called asking for results. After they finally got back to her to let her know it was abnormal and sent her for this test and that test, they finally sent her to have part of her pancreas and spleen removed. But when in Madison for more tests before surgery, she was told it was too late. That month of Napier not doing his job may have very well cost her her life. Less then a year later, at the end of her battle with pancreatic cancer, she had to go in for one of many "belly taps" to remove fluid, unfortunately this single time she had to go to Mauston to this joke of a Dr. She said to him " I saw you less then a year ago and refused to leave until you ordered a CT". To which he states " when was that" she tells him… before you vacation to Hawaii, he says snob illy " which Time I've been there many times". She's laying there dieing, and he's make smart alac remarks. If he would have done his job to begin with, it may have been caught early enough before it had spread and it could have been removed. I woul not send a dying rat to this poor excuse of a Dr or this hospital. I recommend you stay far far away!

Dr. Napier has taken care of my mother through many surgeries over the years. I have never met a Dr. so professional yet personal before. The attention and care that is given is more then you could ever ask for or expect.
