Dr. Todd Christopher Alea, MD

I saw Dr. Todd Alea for treatment based on his recommendation that I was a “perfect candidate” for the procedure. However, after the treatment, it became clear that he did not take the necessary steps to order updated scans or reports to accurately assess my condition before administering the treatment. I had to be the one to recommend an updated MRI after the treatment did not work.Unfortunately, my condition had progressed further than what the treatment was designed to address, and the procedure was ultimately ineffective. Had Dr. Alea done his due diligence by getting the updated scans, it’s likely we would have determined that the treatment was not suitable for me.I was charged for the treatment despite this oversight, and I feel it could have been avoided with more thorough evaluation. I recommend that patients ask their medical history is fully assessed before proceeding with treatment here. He also accused me lying about it not working. Horrible for a Dr. to do. Do not trust… his assessment and advocate for yourself to make sure he is getting the correct imaging that will tell the real story. Otherwise he will treat you without really knowing what is going on with his patient.

I saw Dr. T. Alea 6 times, and I am impressed with him, he is very professional, good dr, I can recommend him to anyone who is dealing with the pain in the knees, thanks to him I can walk again, Thank you

I have seen Dr, Alea twice. For the first time In 10 years I have hope that his treatment plan will help me. He is extremely intelligent. The office is implacably clean. Nice staff. He’s definitely the dr you need to see if you want to be treated with the latest medical innovations.

I was referred to Dr Alea a few of years ago by my family doctor at the time for an epidural for my chronic severe lower back pain. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Alea and his staff. I was in tears holding myself up with my walker when I walked into the office in cribbing pain.....I walked out on my own.....

Very sad to see a previous negative review on this wonderful man. I'm pretty sure the patient must have walked out disappointed when he found out that dr Alea is not a drug pusher, and would actually prefer to cure the patient rather than have him walk out with a pocketful of pain killers......this scenario was fairly evident on his one "bad review". I had severe rib pain for a year. Had every treatment possible and there was nothing anyone else could do for me. I went to dr Alea and inside of a few weeks , with stem cell therapy , he cured me ! If I had known about this caring doctor earlier, I could have saved myself a year of pain.

I have been treated by Dr. Alea for quite some time and I am truly impressed by his willingness to learn new skills to help people like myself to feel or get better, always learning is what a true professional is. I am also very impressed by his bedside manner, professionalism,and the time he takes to talk to me at every visit, educating me about new technics that will prevent me from having another surgery. Dr. Alea performed epideruls, blood work at his office which was very convenient for me and prescribed what was needed to control my pain and also one important thing to the people that are just after the next fix Dr. Alea does perform Drug Test on the spot at any time. So please give Credit when Credit is due and don't put a true professional in his prime down! And to the Outstandind and very courteous staff you guys are the best!!! Thank You Dr. Alea

After having a bad car accident that messed my back up I had gone through therapy and intense pain. After having X-rays, MRI, and injections done on my back, I had seen a couple docs and still had no life. I was bedridden in 24 hr intense pain. After two great recommendations to doc, I took a chance. Was worried about getting in but after a few things I saw him and he knew exactly what to do to try and help me. After my procedure with him, my pain has started going down and atleast to the point I feel human again. It's still a work in progress but so relieved I found someone to help me.

Having chronic back pain is very frustrating, but Dr. Alea was patient with me. He has some good ideas, and I will follow up with what he has advised. I have hope that I will be getting some relief soon. Thank you.

I WISH I READ THESE BEFORE GOING THERE. I needed a compassionate doctor, I've bern in pain management for 3 years prior to moving here. This Doctor did not look at my Xray reports nor did he request the files from other doctors I had. This doctor told me that he had never met a single person with my condition, which is extremely painful, and told me he could NOT help me. This doctor does NOT know about EDS! When I called and made the appointment I was told that he was familiar with my condition. Even though I told him I am disabled and on a very low fixed income, he still charged me over one hundred dollars, and he told me he can not help me. This doctor should be ashamed of himself masquerading as a decent person. He is an ignorant pig whose only interests are with the money he grabs without actually earning it. This doctor should have his license revoked by the medical board, for breaking the hippocratic oath!!

My husband was treated by Dr. Alea and I was truly impressed by his bedside manner, professionalism,and the time he took to talk to us in every visit, educating us about the diagnosis. Dr. Alea prescribed what was needed to control my husband's pain and plus! I have been reading previous reviews and I can only assume that those bad reviews have been written by people that are addicts and run from Dr. to Dr. attempting to get the next fix...Thank You Dr. Alea, You are the BEST!!!
