The doctor informed me he had looked over my records prior to my appointment. He was familiar with my previous test results. I had brought a copy of relevant information with me but he was familiar with it and knew results of prior test that I had not brought with me. He was able to share the what and the why behind my next steps which instilled confidence. He was able to clearly show me the path of next steps on what needed to be done, how we would communicate, and my responsibilities for my health. I could not be more pleased.
