My thoughts and Guess what me novinger.....they count more than you know at this point

Dr. Novinger causes the patient to feel comfortable in a health crisis as he reassures the goal is to find the best means to help. He listens and makes the help a reality, giving hope to those he may not have realized had none when they walked through his door. Dr. Novinger is literally a lifesaver

I have been trying for FIVE days to get a refill from Dr. Novinger and his office and nothing yet. I was promised today it would be called in and nothing again. I called twice today and nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do? I need my medicine called in before they go away for Thanksgiving. I even called their call service tonight, to see if anything can be done. I will be filing a complaint with McLeods and American Medical Association.

After waiting 20 min. they told us we would not be seen. We missed the time for walk-in; would not have been late if they had called in prescription we were waiting in line to find out they did not call it in. So when we went to office to pick it up they told us there was a 72 hr. wait, this could have been told to me when I called. So they said they would call in to Wall-Mart at 5:00 which they did not. Three hours of my day gone for not.
