Dr. Ferrin is great. She doesn't rush you. She is interested in her patients and their issues. Is knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Ferrin is personable, knowledgeable, accessible and I am so happy to call her our family doctor. None better!!

Dr. Ferrin has been my doc for 2 1/2 years. I’ve found her to be an awesome family doc. She is very kind and compassionate. She always makes me feel at ease and “heard”. She sets up tests when needed and gets back to me promptly with results. She remembers me and previous things we have talked about. and I assume she is the same with all her patients. She feels like a family friend. I would highly recommend her.

Doesnt listen to your symptoms, ignores complaints about severe pain until forced to do tests that lead to major surgeries. And even then still ignored other issues that resulted in serious medical issues. Takes months to get appointment after seeing Emergency Doctor for the 2 day follow up. This doctor intentionally left me in severe pain and even caused pain and anguish knowing that her actions would cause pain and severe disabilty for days. Even leaving you sitting waiting to go back 20 plus minutes past your first of day appointment then leaving you in the room another 20 min before coming in and belittling you. Not a good choice in a doctor by any means. Big mistake!

Ignored complaints and pain for many months until forced to do tests. Tests resulted in alot of many serious problems. And had to insist on referral to others doctor to help. Nice lady, wish she listens to me and believed in my pain and problems.

Dr. Ferrin us absolutely wonderful. I have had nothing but positive experiences with her. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend her

I was misdiagnosed many times. Had high blood pressure for months. Than was prescribed a medication I was allergic too. Always rushing

Dr. Ferrin had horrible bedside manner. She had a horrible understanding of my disease and tried to play it off as though "nothing was wrong" with me. She ignored my questions and concerns. She was disrespectful and lacked empathy. She needs to get more knowledge of common diseases before she tries to treat and evaluate patients.

Dr. Ferrin has one of the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. She outright ignored my concerns and tried to treat me by giving me "flyers". She never answered my questions and I left there more worried and scarred. I will never go back to her or recommend her to anyone. She is flat out rude.

I find that this doctor is very booksmart, but might not have enough compassion/understanding of some of the patients problems. I think she has the "old" mentality of I'm the doctor you're just the patient. Nowadays people pay more attention to their ailments and do a lot of research themselves. Patient and doctor should work together, not one over the other. Is a fairly good Doc now, but will be great someday with more years experience and insight into patient problems.
