Dr. Troy Michael Vaughn, MD

I have seen Dr. Vaughn several times, he has given me injections in my neck twice. I do not have a problem with him. Very nice doctor, very nice NPA. Office staff is very rude and will not listen at all. They need to go to school on customer service. They will lie to make them look right.

I saw the one star review wanting to bash Dr. Vaughn, and I really wonder how the person got the impression he was rude and condescending. He was actually very kind to me and answered my questions very respectfully. I appreciated him the one time I saw him for my lumbar spinal stenosis and appreciated his recommendations for me. The man is very kind, and if my back does degrade anymore, I will look to him for surgical options.

The worst Doctor! I injured my back at work and this man treated me as if I was after drugs and disability checks. Though I never asked him for any meds and I actually needed surgery on my back. He was rude, disrespectful, condescending, and uninformative. He told me I was as good as he could get it, I needed to go back to work, and he discharged me without telling me. Since seeing this useless Doctor I have had years of physical therapy, shot treatments, and two back surgeries. Use him at your own risk...

Dr. Vaughn is a great doctor. He has operated on my mom several times and has been a great surgeon. He also sees my father. We are very satisfied with him.

Dr Vaughn performed back surgery on me approximately 20 years ago. He done a excellent job and I have not had anymore issues with my back.

Very unprofessional. We went in with DR. Vaughn's office being highly recommend by a family member. We experienced every thing bad as stated previously in the reviews with the exception of the Nurse Practitioner being rude. He was great and we really like him. The Dr. Himself was the problem. If you want a doctor to discuss a treatment plan with you, go else where. He went over the problem very throughly however we were told with his back to us as he walked away something about injections and surgery. We were left confused and dumb founded. Told the nurse we didn't understand what was going on and she laughed and told us to ask the lady that does scheduling about the treatment. She evidently has "notes". She was unable to answer our questions. We ended up leaving. We will be going else where. I've heard that similar experiences have happened with other people. The worse experience ever with a doctor.

Went to see him the day of my appointment after waiting just a few days shy of a month after being referred to him was informed my appointment was rescheduled to a month later with no notice and no letter I took off work to see this man and was turned away lets just say that the incompetence of his staff has made me wonder about him and I have already made a appointment for another doctor and Dr Vaughn will not be seeing me under his knife

The doctor was nice but his office staff was very rude . They never return your calls. The length of time it takes to get in was long .
