Disgusting, negligent, filthy office, manager wife filthy mouth, doctors are”too busy” to show up to appointments.

My name is Pat Watson,I was a patient of Dr,Mishra for 10 yrs, Excellent doctor,I never felt rushed and he always listened and asked me questions, Now that I'm back in FL I plan on returning to see him, I never had any complaints,He also seen my mom and helped her tremendously with her last few years of life

I was a patient with dr.mishra from 2008 to 2018,but a few months ago was told that my appointment was canceled because I had no insurance I called and spoke with his wife the body odor lady she called me insane and mentally challenged a patient of 10 years NOBODY TOLD YOU THAT so I have retained my attorney and I'm proceeding with legal action because not only have I went without treatment for several months but his wife refuses to give me or my new dr my medical records told me it's not business nobody but dr,mishra has the right to have my medical records she said this on speaker phone with my attorney,dr.mishra is a good doctor but his wife is a rude vile unsanitary person who really should be checked out by a mental health professional

Took money up front then didn't file Medicare claim. Made us pay $185 before seeing the doctor. Then refused to give any visit bill or invoice of any kind. Mrs. Mishra and I got in yelling match. She said the $185 would be used up in subsequent visits. They did not file a Medicare claim and now Medicare wants us to pay another deductible. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr. Mishra is caring and shows concern for a patient's overall well being. He has taken the time to show concern for major life events that have taken place and offered guidance to cope with the trauma. To classify him as a "pill pusher" is reckless. He follows the standards set and makes sure I am within the governing guidelines for medication. I've had some major surgeries and replacements. With Dr. Mishras guidance I function as well as can be expected. Staff comes and goes, losing Dr. Mishra would put many patients at risk.

Dr Misha id the best Dr. Its ever had. He takes time to hear your concerns and he does his very best to find a solution to any problem and address all concern. I've been coming here for 4 years and plan on continuing. His wife is very nice and she had a great sense of humor.

My daughter was seen by Dr. Mishra in Feb., 2018. The office manager insisted on payment by credit card to which she added a surcharge of $40. She claimed not to know if they were in- network for our insurance plan - they were. I had to supply them with insurance info., which they of course already had. They finally sent The claim to the insurance company, who promptly paid them. They never reimbursed me for the money plus surcharge that they took from me over the phone. The insurance company has been trying to get them to refund the money that I am owed - to no avail. The office manager flatly lies and says checks have been sent when they have not been. I reported this practice to the Florida attorney general’s office for unethical practices. They will charge insurance and you and steal your money. Should be shut down ! Unethical , unprofessional horrible practice.

Well, it’s all over the internet that your a pill pusher. Beware, your in a small town, cops are watching.

His wife who should NOT be in MEDICINE or dealing with patients is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There is something gravely wrong when any patient is treated that way but especially a totally disabled Vet who fought and is dealing with health issues as a result of fighting for YOU! YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO YOUR HUSBAND'S PRACTICE!

Appt is at 445 and its 630 and are still waiting. Staff Jenny has open discussions with pts and HIPPA is heard by everyone, also Mrs. Mishra is rude to pts and once told a patient that he cannot get medical records until he pays a bill which is against the law. Worse off ever. Wait for 3 hours for doctor to see the doctor for 5 mins....
