Dr. Vesselin Vassilev Dimov, MD

Dr. Dimov was the nicest doctor I've seen in years. He was patient and showed he cared for my wellbeing. I have already recommended him to someone. It is rare to find a doctor like him these days. I am happy I found him.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Dimov. He suggested the perfect medical solution to solve an on going problem I was having. He knew instantly what would work and it did. Also, Dr. Dimov is a very caring and respectful doctor. He has great manners and always is concerned about what your thoughts are and how you feel. No doubt, he is the kindest doctor I have worked with at Cleveland Clinic. He really listened and took his time. I really appreciated the doctor taking his time to properly explain everything. I think it is important that a doctor allows you to answer questions and not feel rushed. Nothing worse than a doctor rushing your appt. Dr Dimov is someone I would highly recommend as he is truly excellent!

Dr. Dimov was kind, compassionate, and very helpful. He listened well to my issues and clearly advised on treatment, all with a positive attitude. I get the impression he's a kind and knowledgeable doctor. Dr Dimov never made me feel like he was rushing me like many doctors. He was thorough in asking about other allergies and what I came in for. It was great that he let me choose which tests I did first. He was very approachable and provided thoughtful answers. It was an excellent experience.

Dr Dimov is one of the most knowledgeable and kindest Doctors and I have ever encountered. His Doctor /patient relationship takes away fear of discussing one's medical needs. My wife is not his patient but she was very pleased with his communication skills, knowledge and kindness. He us super nice and very thorough-I really liked him because he listens! Everyone in the allergy clinic was very nice. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dimov is wonderful! He always takes the time needed to answer all of your questions and shows he really cares. I always recommend him to everyone I know. He has given me the care and understanding I need. He has helped my quality of life. Dr Dimov is the best doctor I have. He listens and provides information for treatment immediately. Positive demeanor, brilliant doctor.

Dr Dimov and his staff were very courteous and professional. Everyone was on time which does always happen with other doctors in my experience. What he prescribed was on the mark and my severe allergies were totally under control in less than 2-days. What more can I say? EXCELLENT!!!

Dr. Dimov had a little notepad and jotted down a bit of info. I loved the fact that he was most attentive and remembered everything we discussed. He made me feel like he was REALLY paying attention.

Please do not see Dr. Dimov if you are looking for real answers regarding your histamine issue. Dr. Dimov billed my insurance for over 30 blood tests and all he told me was to take Allegra. I was already taking antihistamines prior to the visit. I came here for solutions. Moreover, he billed my insurance for a 45-59 minute visit, but only gave me 10 minutes of his time. I made a follow up because I was seeking more answers. I called before my arrival and explained that I would be 10 min. late because I was coordinating a caregiver for my dying mother in hospice at my house. They told me to come in anyway and then had me wait 30 min. in the waiting room just to ultimately say that they would not see me. Why would they have me still come in and wait another 30 min. just to tell me to leave? Especially after they were aware that I had to coordinate a caregiver for my dying mother… If you are looking for a doctor with a basic sense of humanity & empathy, this is not the person.

I have had hives for years and no one can figure out what was the root cause. Dr Dimov was the first one to sit down and just listen for 20 minutes. He came up with a plant and we went over it every step of the way. After 10 years I have my answer. So happy I finally found him and the Cleveland Clinic. Wonderful facility and the nurses are amazing too.
