Dr. Victoria Lynn Potoczak, MD

first of all, when she walked in, she said they were very busy today, which made me feel like she didn't want to put the time she should have into my visit. Maybe she was busy, but she never should have said that to me. i had a couple of health related questions for her and she made the exam feel rushed. she was not gentle during the exam. I had a question about whether something was normal or not and instead of answering, prescribed me anti-biotics (that i now know i don't need). when i asked again if it was normal, she was rude when she replied. I talked to my mom and few others and discovered my problem was, in fact, normal. I had another question but she made me too uncomfortable to ask it. she just made my entire visit a very uncomfortable experience. Not only that but when she came in, she put on gloves (as she should have) but when i asked her my question, she went to look something up and kept her gloves on when she opened the door to go out, touched who knows what outside the… room, opened the door to come back in, and kept the same gloves on to examine me. especially for first-time patients, as I was, i would not recommend her.

Dr Potoczak is horribly rude and I now see why no one wants her as their OBGYN.

Althought somewhat mouthy, she is a great person to be around. She was professional, quick, and made me feel comfortable.

Worst experience I have ever had! She literally coughed on my vagina before she examined me, did not even attempt to cover her mouth! Now, over one month later I am still trying to contact them for my results and they are never in the office and I call multiple times a day Monday-Friday between 9-5. Please do not go here if you want any sort of courtesy or professionalism!

The doctor was horribly rude and rough. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was hands down the WORST Doctor I have ever been to. Having female issuse is no treat and she did not make it any easier. Finding out you have something serious wrong and she would not take the time to explain the situation to me. Rude, no bedside manor and just an all around mean person. I hope to God one day she is not the one on the other side of the table and receives the same treatment she has given me. She needs a good healthy humble pie! Also, a friend of mine was in her office, on the table and Dr. P puts her hands on her stomach and giggles her stomach (post baby weight) and says "What is all that?" HOW AWFUL CAN YOU BE!!!

I am 25 years old and went to plan parenthood and got some information I was very uncertain about even after talking to them I still didnt feel very sure of what was going on. I was refered to Dr. Potoczak and I was very happy to be. My only issue was having another person in the room during my visit but its nothing that dont happen anywhere you go. Knowing my concerns she was very talkative to me and kept making light humor to lighten the mood which really helps seeing how any female visit like this is very abrasive. I was happy with attention she took with me and her approach in general. She took time to explain and even when I was done I still had other questions come up and once again she was willing to talk with me unlike other doctors who when you done they say your done and want you to just deal with their nurses. I was happy with her and im sure in the end everything will work out ok with her help.

Dr. Potoczak was very unprofessional towards me. She was rude from the moment that I walked into the office. It was my first examination and she failed to walk me through what was going on and did not try to make me feel comfortable in any way. After finding out that I was a virgin she asked me "how I kept my boyfriend happy" which is completely unprofessional.

Dr Potoczak has been my doctor for the last 5 years. She is the only one that seem interested in my problems and actually did something about it. She returns calls herself and doesn't push you off on her staff.
