Wonderful service and great staff

I went in to get a P.ST. and i said have you changed the mouth piece she said yes in the morning and i had a patient be for me i ask to change the mouth piece she said no i ask to wipe the mouth piece she said no and she did not where face mask she was very rude.

Dr.Sayal has seen me there times and doesn't even recognize me. He is repetitive each time. and not interested in patient,s input and lacks human interaction. His office is so packed there isn,t enough seating.His patient,s all only there for maintenance..They all have portable oxegen devices on. He gave me results of PLF test and said my lungs with a defeated tone were working at only 25%. Putting me in a category four or end stage COPD. That means you cannot hardly do anything. I had to walk quite a ways as no parking. Can do quite a few activities.. He cancelled more than once to see me. He was gone. You think he would want to see me sooner.Pretty grim diagnose. Ordering CT scan. No mention of excercise or respiratory rehab. Never spoke of newer treatments or newsletters in COPD community. Overall because of lack of Specialist s in this smaller town has no concern for my well being and taking matters into my own hands. Maybe he is educated,but not caring enough for patients with… complicated and long term poor Outlook and all old. Feel like he is in it for the paycheck and not the patient. One practice is enough! Too many patients and no people skills for spirited and knowledgeable people.
