DR ARMENIO SAVED MY LIFE TWICE , HAD 3 BLOOD CLOTS, WHICH PREVIOUS DR SAID I WAS TIED BECAUSE I WAS GETTING OLDER,2N TIME HOSPITAL COULDN;T DIAG BACTERIA INFECTION , HE DID THE TEST HIMSELF AND CURED ME, I NOW HAVE A NEW CONDITION THAT HE HASTOLD ME TO MAKE APPT WITH SPECIALIST SO I HAVE NOW DONE THIS HOPE HE IS RIGHT. LONG WAIT IN OFFICE HAS IMPROVED & STAFF

Dr armenio is a very good Doctor but, the office wait is horrendous, most times you wait more than one hour. Trying to contact someone by telephone is nearly impossible and the few times that you actually speak to a staff member they either can't help you or they say they will call you back with the info, never to be heard of again. I have been a patient of Dr, Armenio for many years . I have complained about the running of his office many times all to no avail,as a matter of fact it is worse today than it has ever been. I am in the process of locating another primary care doctor. I can no longer put up with the way that this office operates. Good doctor,long waits, unanswered telephone calls, no call backs after leaving messages.

does not return urgent phone calls or respond to faxes

Dr Armenio is an incredible Dr. but due to the incompetent, rude, disorganized office staff I have decided to find a new PCP. They need an office manager who runs this place properly, it is too bad since he is a superb dr, but when you can't get in touch with your dr after repeated attempts due to a critical issue it is time to go. Dr Armenio I wish you luck, with the office staff you have now, your practice will continue to deteriorate.

The big problem is you cannot get through to his office when you need them for sickness. they do not pick up the phones or return calls. When you call again the staff is rude as if you are bothering them. There is no reason why we should have to go to an Urgent Care facility and be treated by someone who does not know our medical history when we have a Dr. who we have an over 20 year history with. Steven Occuhiti is very qualified but if you cannot reach him it does you know good.

A great doctor who really cares.None better. The office waits need attention.

the office staff is incompetent, waiting time is ridiculous, they lose everything, no one is accountable for anything

I would definitely recommend Dr. Armenio. He is one of the few Doctors that have actually taken the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. He really truly seems like he wants to find out what is really going on with me instead of brushing me off like other Doctors have. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
