overcharge and staff does not know how to file insurance correctly.

My elderly mother left his appointment in tears after he told her to get out of his office. She recently moved here and was looking for a new doctor. All she did was tell him her current medications. He then told her that she didn’t need to be on any of it and all but called her a hypochondriac. He never asked for her previous medical records and didn’t even let her finish giving a medical history. He questioned everything her previous doctors had done and then said there was nothing wrong with her and to get out of his office. I can’t believe a doctor would be so disrespectful to a patient or dismiss other doctors treatment without even looking at her records. It’ll probably take me a week to calm her down. Oh he also said she didn’t need a cardiologist but she has angina and has had blockages removed and one being monitored. He would know that if he had let her talk.

Dr. Dbouk is patient and caring. He takes the time to listen to his patients and has wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Dbouks is the primary care Dr for both of my parents. They have complex issues and he does a good job sorting things out. Other less experienced doctors would struggle with their issues. His office staff is helpful. If you need a Dr with alot of fluff, he's not for you. If you want to get well, he's a good diagnostic doctor who will listen to your issues and make realistic recommendations even if they are not what you want to hear!

Very educated and dedicated physician dr dbouk listens to you he investigates your condition throughly and aims to treat with effectiveness. Couldn't ask for a better physician.

"MONEY HUNGRY" I wouldn't even let him treat my dying dog. The average wait time is 2 hours EVERY VISIT. I was a patient for over 2 them years and this doctor did more damage than good. The medication he wants you to buy from him belongs in the trash. I think his wife and staff are the people who diagnose and treat his patients. As far as the billing, of course, it was filed wrong and they refused to file the claim correctly and then wants you to "pay for their mistake". When I try to explain how to file insurance correctly, I was told it was my responsibility and I had to pay my balance or I would be turned over to collections. My responsibility is to give you my insurance card and NOT do your job for you. This office really needs to be reviewed and more schooling,
