Dr. Wendell Arlen Gibby, MD

I love Riverwoods Imaging. Every time I come in the office I am immediately greeted by the friendly front desk staff. The wait is never long even when the office looks like it should be!! I love Beth and her staff in the back they are always so caring and make sure that I have a great experience. They also send a thank you card each time I come to visit. Dr. Gibby has been a great doctor. He is so kind and makes sure I understand what the process is before we even get started. I really recommend going here!! I know I will never go anywhere else!

They went the extra mile and I really appreciated it.

The entire staff was polite, caring, and professional. They did everything possible to make me comfortable and were considerate of my apprehensive about the treatment. Dr. Gibby was prompt for the procedure and made it as painless as possible.

If you want to be treated like a piece of meat, with the caring of a butcher I would recommend you seeing Dr. Gibby. I received a spinal injection from him and I have never, never been hurt so bad by a doctor. My wife could hear my screams from outside a radiology door and down the hallway, and through two rooms. There was no apology after the procedure, just from the nurse. She said maybe next time we should sedate you, I told her there will never be a next time. I can still feel the pain from the procedure years later. I would certainly NOT recommend this doctor. I would recommend Richard Rosenthal for any pain procedure that you need. If I could have given a zero star I would have. One last thing, I would bet almost any amount of money that the five star recommendations that he has received were paid for by Gibby or, he has had someone that has never been to him write them. I have personally talked to several people that has had the same experience as mine. SEE… THIS MAN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Avoid him at all costs! He made a mistake & caused irreparable damage. He refused to see me after the procedure.

Worst experience at the doctors office ever. I don't think they know what they are doing.

This doctor has the bedside manner of a turnip. We were extremely disappointed. We were treated like children. The doctor and staff were condescending and treated us with utmost negativity.

Terrible experience. Nothing good to say. He didn't even follow up with me, and I had some complications.

The Dr. is rude , has no bedside manner and very rough in surgery. Felt alot of pain during the surgery. Went back for the follow up 2 days after and was instructed to cut my bandages off myself by the nurse. Talked to others who went elsewhere and had no pain during surgery and treated much better. Feel like I was charged an inflated price and not told upfront the cost of the surgery. Wouldnt recommend this Dr. to anyone!

Very disappointed with the outcome of my procedure. Had it three months ago and still trying to recover. Had complications and will need to go to another doctor to repair the damage. Do not recommend this doctor. Staff was alright.
