Direct no messing around

Dr Bloch and his team-Dan and Jen do a fine job and like their work a great deal. The office staff seems to be quite disorganized and chaotic. Additionally Rena is not helpful at all. I have to use work arounds to be able to navigate her. I think the office managers don’t seem to have a good grasp on how to run an office. I’m retired for several years now but I could manage those functions more efficiently and effectively then whomever is doing it now

Arrived early and saw Dr. Blocked before scheduled appointment time. Everyone was very professional and made the visit easy. Will go back as needed.

Quick, easy, concise, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that in matters of health.

I got to the office early like they asked me to do. And then had to wait an hour before, I was even brought back into a room. And then doctor block came in for about 2 minutes, just to tell me that everything looks the same. And that in 6 months, they will do another check. I just feel like all of this recheck. Recheck is too much since everything looks okay? And very disappointed at how long I waited to be seen.

A superb physician. Unbelievable knowledge and surgical skills. Always willing to talk and explain things to me. He will not do anything not necessary. I'm lucky to have him as my urology doctor. 5/5 Stars.
